Besides a full powered DG I don’t think anyone going to beat a DF Natsu. Suzaku I would put at least up there with Laxus and Erza in power level

She doesn't say that in the official tls. If we're to use that scene, then we can also conclude that Juvia deemed Laxus virtually unbeatable whilst not saying the same for Jellal. Pretty consistent when you factor in Erza being reluctant to face Laxus 1v1 but having no qualms about fighting Jellal in the same arc. Also, only Laxus tanked that roar. Jellal had to visibly defend against it. There's also no indication that he was even the target of said roar since Kiria wasn't interested in him. For all we know, he was blocking the AoE.
Personally I think Laxus > Jellal but that arm Jellal uses to protect himself isn’t going to do much against that magic spell (or any) except for keeping stuff from flying in his face.
Erza said that after she had discovered Jellal's weakness under the white mage's control. She said that about Laxus chapters later. Even specified 'under the white mage's control'. When Jellal got her with bind snake she realized since he was obsessed with her his weakness was her.

The Singarios sisters were defeated separately and used none of the canon hax they used to beat Erza the first time whereas God Serena went all out and lost to Jellal. This doesn't indicate that generally, Erza or Laxus are beyond Jellal without POF
What I want to know is were the sisters stronger because they were more powerful or GS just couldn’t beat their hax. Having 8 dragon slayer magic is one of the main reason GS was difficult beat by most mages that fought but he doesn’t seem to do well against spells that he can’t defend against or eats (something like that)
