Current V vs Truamerei

While they get stronger, I don't believe they got a whole lot stronger so there is no reason for me to believe that Traumerei can defeat him as he is now. Especially with Urek here.

He experimented and found new ways to use Shinheuhs. What he did with Holan was something he couldn't do before. He explained how it was effective against Gustang's flames.

Ok maybe his experimentations got him a bit stronger. But still if we in real world would test our military weapons against ants how would we know if they are any effective against real military? He probably got a bit stronger, but I'm not sure it's gonna help him much against Urek or V in this case. Again, that is just my personal feeling on this matter, they might as well be x50 times stronger since the moment V and Arlene died.

I don't think they got much stronger, but they learn new techniques and refine what they had. I don't believe it's a big deal either. Traumerei's experiments on Holan were a game changer against Gustang, but his Shinsoo Manipulation technique hasn't changed, as Gustang himself noted. Before he went full power, he wasn't aware of his own limits though since he slashed a dimension. Something he had never done before.

I honestly think he wouldn't get stronger. He was one of those FHs that did nothing whole time and being inactive. It took Bam years of training to get stronger fighting enemies that would push his limits - meaning to get stronger you still need to train and fight. But Traum doesn't have such enemies. Enemies that would challenge FHs are exterminated long ago or put in the red trash can. If you are inactive and nobody is strong enough to make you work for it, I do not think you get stronger. Dunno, maybe I'm wrong here, but that's how I see it.

Iirc Gustang acknowledged that traum has gotten stronger and showing techs which he didn't had in past.

Context is important. It's not like he sneaked behind Yamcha like fodder. It's a FH we are talking about.

Next chapter he's going to be in front of him. Let's see what he does then. I am pretty much confident in Vaam's confidence. Ya'll just not seeing it. Urek is the only one I'm worried about because it's fucking Mazino let's be honest.

What he did was impressive and deserves credit, but there's no denying he landed a backshot on a person who was completely focused on something else. Had he done the same while having Traumerei's full focus, it'd have been a blitz for sure. For now, we don't know if he can really blitz or not.

My stance regarding this V is: he's strong enough to be a threatening player in a fight of this caliber. How he compares to all of them individually remains to be seen. There's not enough info to conclude anything noteworthy now.

Current V can't beat Gustang or Traumerei. He only managed to land his attack for two reasons. 1- Traumerei was concentrated in Urek.
2- Traumerei was weakened.

They overlook that V is not only worried that Traumerei will tell Zahard of his existence, but he was also worried that Traumerei will try to kill him when he wakes up. Current V is no match for any FH.

I don't like the series' framing that traumerei was exhausted, he had barely just recalled his power can made that massive anima. Which we barely got to see or even get a name from. But I agree in that current V probably wouldn't be able to defeat traumerei on his own. He says he is not even used to bam's body yet...

It's been a while but for most the fight the two weren't even serious. When traumerie got somewhat serious was when he started using disconnect but that's wasn't too long ago. And he didn't do THAT much after recalling all of his power to himself. And this considering traumerei and gustang are among the top fighters in the tower.. You'd think their strength and endurance would be essentially godly even if its not their specialty.

From what I’ve seen V is currently capable of and Gustang’s comments;

My perspective is that V is not yet at his normal strength. If he returns to full power he’s a major problem.

So yup current V is stronger than Tram.
