Well i think this what is going to happen.
Corazon and Law somehow becomes friends and can understand each other and then corazon finds some way to heal law. Then one day DD announces that he got a rare fruit; ope ope no mi of course. When DD expalins about the fruits history and power,Corazon sees his chance to get the fruit. He steals the fruit and gives it to law to eat and he does and his disease is cured. Next day DD finds the fruit gone and somehow finds that corazon has taken it and ate it. So DD gets angry and beats him up and then finally DD finds a solution to get the fruit back. He kills corazon and says that he will get the fruit later. Law watches this and escapes. DD only finds it out later that Law had it.


Also i think i know how corazon lost his ability to speak. When DD killed his father and went back to the celestial dragons corazon was with him and both of them saw the secret the celestial dragons were hiding. When they saw that they couldnt kill DD and corazon. So they made a deal with DD where he can have the celestial dragon power but should keep quite about what happened here. DD agrees but they dont believe him. So DD cuts of Corazon's tongue to show how serious he is and how only he can tell what secret was and now Corazon cant. Then the celestial dragons believe DD more cuz he was ready to cut off his bros tongue. Corazon agrees with DD to cut off his tongue.

My theory will be wrong if corazon already has a devil fruit.

Shouldn't DD realise that Corazon doesn't have the ope ope while fighting him? Why would Corazon still work for DD if DD himself cut off his tongue. I could see the tenryuubito cutting it off and then Corazon's hatred for them could be ignited and he would have a reason to follow Doflamingo.

Do you think he saw the treasure when he went there to get his status back or did he hear from his father abou it.?

Definitely great idea to make a thread about this since there is no One Piece this week.

one thing is sure, corazon saved law. and i don't think that he hates children, he's just so mean to them that they cry and leave. he succeded in that, buffalo, baby 5 & law were 3 of those kids and those 3 stayed no matter how corazon treated them. and i guess buffalo & baby 5 knows exactly why he is so mean to them that's why they're not angry about him.

Interesting theory! I do feel that Law and Corazon somehow became friends later on though they had a bad beginning. Corazon, though he was portrayed as someone who was cruel to children, but it might not be totally true since he had only appeared recently and we have yet to see more of him, particularly while he was in Doflamingo's crews, with Doflamingo (of course) and Law.

Yep that's pretty much how I envision things to go. But I really don't want Corazon to get his tongue cut out. Because I have a feeling that he shared with Law some knowledge about the will of D. It's just speculation but it would actually make sense since he's a Tenryuubito and they most likely know about the Ds.

Corazon might have agreed to have his tongue cut off cuz then their life would be spared and they would have a good deal!

Well the Ope Ope no mi can reattach stuff. Maybe before Law ran off Corazon screamed something about those with the Will of D or they had one first/last talk and Coraton shared with Law everything he would need to know.

Well, it's kind of interesting that Doflamingo was telling his truth about living through horrors that no one could imagine. To think we thought he was just being cry baby. Once again, Oda trolls us. Also, I get the feeling that Law and Corazon bond over whatever happens in the next chapter.

It's not surprising in my opinion. Oda usually uses realistic psychological profiles, true villains in one piece will most usually have some kind of tragic past that justifies their psychological disorders, mainly psychopaths and sociopaths. Arlong and Hody for example had the trauma from fisher tiger death along with wrong ideals and raised as marginals, Lucci was a trained killer since youth, and Blackbeard and Crocodile along with their crews might also have some kind of hidden tragic past.
Doflamingo turned into an obvious sociopath which was always very obvious in the way he can manipulate almost anyone into his plans and even sacrifice their life for him, while Corazon seems incapable of manipulating people and is highly depressed.
His akuma no mi, is very representative of him: an highly functional and seductive sociopath that manipulates everyone into his will

What if Law and Corazon start meeting each other in secret to talk ?

My personal theory starts with Doflamingo poisoning the citizen of flevance - because I think this was the town that tortured him and his family.
Then Law survives this madness, but is still ill. Now corazon finds a cure for him or at least a doctor who can cure him - I think he will be cured by sakura(Hiluluk story).
Why I think Doflamingo poisoned the ppl of flevance? because he used lead bullets on law.

Considering how long it took the poison to affect the first generation, it shouldn't have been possible for DD to have caused it.
