Discussion Deku's Future Team-Ups

Deku has worked with many of his classmates in many different situations.

• Being in a combo with Ochako to defeat Bakugo and Iida
• Defeating the Water Quirk villains at USJ with the help of Tsuyu and Mineta
• Fighting with Bakugo, Todoroki and Kirishima to save All Might
• Trying to win the Cavalry Battle with Ochako, Tokoyami and Hatsume
• Defeating and stopping Stain with the help of Iida and Todoroki
• Working with Bakugo to survive against All Might

This thread is for the discussion of possible future team-ups of Deku with other students of his class or other classes.

This pic reminded me that Deku had interections with many students but he still has to combo with Kaminari and Ashido. Deku is smart and should have unique ways to use their quirks to their favour.

Maybe we can talk about still-to-be-seen parings somewhere else.

I think Deku working with Kaminari and Mina could become something special. The Quirks of Kaminari and Mina have big destructive potential and big drawbacks, just like Deku's Quirk. They could unleash great destruction or maybe help each other with regulating and/or training their Quirks.

You guys have commented on Deku + Ochako after some previous chapters, here's a good place to talk about it again.

Regarding Kaminari and Mina, Deku would certainly think of something smart. He has studied every quirk from his fellow colleagues, he knows their drawbacks and possible uses. Kaminari and Mina, being both from the remedial bunch, would learn a lot from an interaction with Deku. I don't see it happening really soon, but Horikoshi, as pointed out, has made lots of pairings. It will happen.

Deku and Momo might think of really intelligent stuff as well.

The students who didn't get their moments are Satou, Hagakure, Ojiro and Aoyama. I can see him with Ojiro, Hagakure or Aoyama next, the others will probably be with the remaining mains. I don't think he could help Kaminari and Mina much, I don't even see them as compatible. Aizawa paired these two together because they were not even strategic in battle, they have to get better individually now. Of all the characters I mentioned Aoyama is the one who would work better with him IMO.

Deku having to team up with Aoyama would be... entertaining to say the least. Quirk strategies or not, Seeing him have to deal with his personality would be hilarious, and it seems like the kind of thing that could work for a serious encounter against a threat anyway, which judging by the fact that he's hiding in some bushes somewhere in this current arc (from what we can barely see in chapter 78) he'll probably need that kind of boost anyway. I could also see Deku having to work with Satou or Kirishima for having to push back some large physical threat or something along those lines, cept unlike with the test, Deku would probably be able to help them last a little longer (and in turn help himself or them helping him).

To mention students outside of the classroom, I'm sure he'll be paired up/ forced to work with Shinsou at least once and that'd be interesting for character reasons. As for quirk match ups though I'm not sure, the most that could happen would be shinsou freezing an enemy for Deku to punch but that's about all I can think of.

At this point I'd just be thinking of who I'd want to see him work with again (Uraraka, Ida, Todoroki etc.) or staff since most of the other students seem more like wild cards and it'd be more fun to see that unfold than speculate (at least for me) There's also a part of me that feels like he'd be working with, in some fashion, with Aizawa and/or All Might under different circumstances (with All Might probably being right before he dies or somehing).
