the colouring of Luffy himself imo is pretty good, carrying the emotion and all.
BUT,that bright yellow those two fat speechbubbles have doesn't do any good to the pic.

Very unique style of coloring..
I think you could've perfected it more, but it's excellent non the less..
And with the bubbles.. The yellow is a bit annoying...

that scene was really sad
and you were able to choose the right colors to increase the sadness of the moment and so its quality!!! great job of light and shadows!
