I agree that would be interesting to see. And it wouldn't even be hard to fit in as a one or two-panel thought that Tyki has privately while he's still with Noahs doing Noah things. It could easily come up in his mind if Wisely starts talking about loyalty as a Noah again (and even better if Wisely reads his mind again like in ch 187 and then scolds him, and then Tyki snipes back at him about how rude he is to do that, haha).

The filler arc (serum arc) was the worst moment. The rest contain important things.
I still think that Timothy will become important in the future. His innocence might help to recognize the Heart (unless the Heart order him to remain silent).
