From what I could see. It's the release date for the fanbook, or art-book, which is supposedly Aug 4th.

Then something about a contest, and entries. I used Google Translate, so I try not to be too deep with things.

Not in the least. I can show you plenty of figures that were revealed already fully painted and everything. Far more than those that are not painted.

I am amused beyond measure at this point. This story is never going to reach a conclusion if not even the artbooks make deadlines anymore. When will people stop buying Hoshino's excuses?

Does this manga not have enough clout to run in some weekly/monthly manga to just end n say some 20-30 chapters?
i wish this manga would just end with delays or hiatuses. What is going on? Does the mangaka not feel like working or something??!!

Considering it's been passed like a stinky potato from magazine to magazine to where it is now, I doubt it does. It's a shame. It was my first real manga I seriously got into. To see it pass away like this is just heartbreaking but also bloody infuriating. Even more so when people just believe the excuses coming from Hoshino without any real evidence other than cause she says so.

It's becoming more complicated and weird with every delay. Is it that dificult to annouce clearly the causes of canceling because I doubt sensei's health has anything to do with it.

In truth, they have given NO reasons. And because she has had health concerns in the past, people assume it must be health related. But if she was having health problems, you'd think they could at least say that, and that it's unknown when DGM will resume. But we get nothing. They just announce a chapter release date, then announce a delay the week of. THAT"S become more routine than the chapter releases ever were.

Yeah. Far as media entertainment, life is better since I got into comics. Those are in color, they're usually released when they're supposed to be, and the chapters are the length they should be. lol 3 different books I am following all have a new chapter coming next Weds, plus the chapter of another book I follow that came out today. And I don't have to worry about being disappointed at the last min. with chapter-delay announcements.

I'm still interested in DGM, but I am not expecting much at this point. The officials for the series have been very indecisive and to be honest, rude -with their last min. announcements after keeping everyone waiting for something they said we'd be getting.

That short chapter is still a mystery to be solved for me. Having a delay can be due to different reasons but having a chapter of less than 20 pages after months of waiting is somehow strange (it's not like there isn't enough material to make a longer chapter).
