I plugged D.Gray-Man into the search box at animate-shop.jp and... they're selling doujinshi alongside the chara goods? I knew they sold them at the actual stores, but I didn't know they sold them on their site.

The chibi calendar is produced by Broccoli (yes, Digi-Charat's Broccoli). Broccoli's page for the calendar doesn't have an ISBN, but you might be able to ask one of the official Broccoli goods distributors if they can order it for you. Hope that helps!
