Seems there are doubts about whether that's reliable info, but just entertaining the idea that it might be true...Saori Oonishi is someone I've only heard briefly, but she might be an okay Lenalee. I've heard a fair amount of Yoshimasa Hosoya, and though he wouldn't be my choice for the role of Kanda, he does have good range, so maybe he would be able to choose a voice for Kanda that would work out well. Ryota Osaka, yes, he would be a good Lavi.
I'd rather they got back the old cast for those three, because they were all so good, but then, I also wish they would have kept Sanae Kobayashi for Allen. Although in that case, there's a better argument for changing the VA to a male actor, to reflect Allen's voice getting deeper. I've heard Ayumu Murase in a number of roles, and I think he's a good choice for Allen.
