In vol 19, chapter 188, in the panel where Timothy is watching Allen play chess with Johnny, you can see a bit of his rollerblade boots.

I'm translating the NuraMago novel right now, so I can't do a full text translation but here's a basic description.

Timothy hears from the other staff that Johnny had to leave to take over a family business, and he is now staring at where Allen, Johnny and the rest would usually sit while they are playing chess. He is rather lonely and upset till Komui comes up to him and asks Timothy if he wants to play chess. Timothy is touched, and says that he wants a golem just like Timcanpy if he wins the match, or else he won't play.

For the SQ.19 extra, the first page is Wisely saying something about the publishing of SQ.19. Road and the Earl wonder if he's sleep talking and Wisely says "No, I got the message from one of the editing staff." and they tell him not to just take brain wave messages from other people. The Earl also wonders when both Road and Wisely started sleeping in his bed.
The second page is Baba wondering if Allen would be fine. Allen says it's okay because he stole a lot of things from Cross' room after searching it, and found a lot of things that could be sold for a high price thanks to his Master's extravagant lifestyle and presents from various lovers. He was like "All Hail Master!" with a evil look on his face and Baba cries afterwards, wondering what happened to the angel faced Allen.

The Allen one was brilliant, only because it acts as a transition between Allen arriving at Mother and Baba's house and Allen acting as a street clown. Before we had no idea what happened between those two times.

Not a problem. You have to start somewhere. I usually finds the date of release then i go to the posts started on that date.
I won't garantee that all extras were translated cause i haven't checked since volume 01. I started to read in 2010.
But the last 5 volumes probably had all extras translated.
