Perospero the candy man and the first son of the Charlotte family - I'm as worried about this guy as big mom or the sweet commanders. In the last chapter we saw him make a candy escalator with moving stairs almost instantly. Could he be the one behind the confectionary islands and mizu ame? Either way this is an example of someone who's mastered their devil fruit.

Maybe an awaken ability.

A fruit like this is one of those you look at, laugh, then it kills you with amazement or power(big example is Cracker and Luffy)
So the possibility of Prosperous building whole cake is as cool and as likely as Luke dying in the Last Jedi.

Dunno, perospero does not strike me as exceptionally dangerous. Skilled yes, powerful, plausibly... But certainly not on the level as the 3 sweet commanders. He seems to have a fruit similar to mr 3 except of course that he works with candy. An awakening is technically plausible though it would depend on how his fruit works at the basic level. If he is like mr 3 or doflamingo then his ability would be to create and manipulate candy. An awakening similar to doflmaingo's would be able to turn stuff into candy. Now, his ability could plausibly be to turn stuff into candy and manipulate it. Though I wouldn't expect that...
