Heres a rough overview of what differed between the original chap and the newest one broughtout today.
1. The conversation between kyuubi and minato changed slightly, it no longer appears that minatos kyuubi wouldn't want to merge back inside naruto like it seemed he opposed in the raw.
2. After being hit with the rasengan originally obito just recognizes the juubi's hosts weakness this time he recognizes that he is unable to travel his body into his alternate dimension as the juubis host
3. In the original when tobirama asks minato if he can teleport 2 he thinks, there is another way - Teeleport the tree, and even obito acknowledges this, but in this it seems that his plan is to teleport everyone else outside the barrier.
4. It changes like a lot of people suspected from tomorrow being the anniversary of kushina and rins deaths, to minatos and kushinas death.
