Discussion Does anybody like Sasuke anymore

It seems more and more, Sasuke gets less and less popular due to his role in the manga/anime and his controversial actions towards the cast. Each day, people talk more about Naruto or other characters, even other Uchiha's like Madara and Itachi more than Sasuke. But for Sasuke, people ignore his presense on purpose and treat him like a one shot villain. Has his development really turned off the majority of the fanbase?

I mean at the begining, we've seen him grow into what he'll become and how he'll end up as. But people seem to lack the capcity to care and focus on other characters development like their more important than Sasuke's story. It's pairing fans and fan girls that invest on his character now adays, but as a fan service not a relevant character.

I mean he's a douche bur you can't say he doesn't come off as predictible or simple, he has made some of the most shocking plot twists in the manga, and has strengthened to plot to an extent that it's literally focused on his choices and decisions effecting Naruto and other characters.

And sometimes he has a shown growth as a person as well, but people paint him as the embodiment of hate and evil, depicting him as more despising than Pain or Orochimaru. It's always the young Uchiha's fault this manga sucks and everyone in the manga is a crap character, it's always Sasuke that is the problem to Naruto, the main problem and the focus of everything wrong with the ninja world. Everyone treats Sasuke like Hitler or Stalin, and he has yet to kill a relevant character.

I don't understand how major character who has always been a pivitol role in the manga, andone of the driving forces of the plot has more haters than the villains themselves and pisses everyone off? People complained about his boring personality in early part 2, and now he's a evil psycho nutcase and increases his hate base.

More importantly, no one seems to want him in the story anymore or at least figure out his characters reasons some more, people just want him dead or to lose to Naruto and thats it.

I haven't seen a fictional character so hated and so unpopular with a fanbase in ages. Sakura at least has her fans and NaruSaku fans, Sasuke just has fanclubs based on him being the uke to some yoai fangirls fantasy pairing.

So yeah, does anyone seem to like the character even though 10 years of bashing and bashing makes it seem this character having fans is impossible?

PS: I''m a Sasuke fan.
