Introduction
Some people think that Maschenny will ignite the Yellow May and use it as a weapon, but I think that is very unlikely. For one, we've never seen the Yellow May at all, and Maschenny herself doesn't use normal weapons.
Both as Data on the Hidden Floor and a High Ranker, the weapons we've seen her use appear to have been constructs of electrical shinsu.

The Maschenny Lightning Spear Technique

The Maschenny-style Lightning Spear technique that Ran uses is a Lightning Style technique invented by Maschenny Zahard, who made an appearance a while ago.
It's a technique that turns shinsu into a spear, so it grants the advantage of being able to take the Spear Bearer position without being armed with spears.
(Compared to ordinary shinsu manipulation techniques, Lightning Spear techniques are much faster and have higher accuracy.)
As it allows one to participate in both short and long-range battles, it is considered to be one of the 'ultimate spear techniques'.
The Maschenny-style Lightning Spear technique is only passed down in Maschenny's branch of the Khun Family, (in Ran's case, due to the Lightning Spear technique, his ranking as a Spear Bearer is higher than his ranking as a Fisherman.)
However, after becoming a Ranker, it is very difficult to take on the role of a professional Spear Bearer with the Lightening Spear technique alone.
(Because the level of other Spear Bearers become that much higher)
So later on, they're used more as a support role in close-range battles...
In Maschenny Zahard's case, her lightning Spear technique is faaaaar stronger than a usual High Ranker's spear technique.
In other words, if you have Maschenny on your team, it's the same thing as having another High Ranker-level Spear Bearer on your Team.
Of course, the only person who can use the Maschenny-style Lightning Spear technique so proficiently is Maschenny Zahard herself ^^;

Power of the Maschenny Lightning Spear Techniques
The most important statements for inferring the power of the:

I think she does, but it's situational. High Rankers have plenty of weapons and we know 13MS series aren't the greatest. We also don't know its type, if it's a Spear she might use it rather frequently.

Is Data Maschenny's spear pure Shinsoo? I don't think so. The handle at least isn't.

TBH to me it'd be weird if mascheny doesn't have an extremely powerful weapon. She has mascheny style lightning spear techniques and has evidenced her two progued spear... Weapons so far appear to basically be a direct, mostly easy and immediate upgrade that synergizes perfectly with shinsoo generated weapons... Her style is almost designed to be used with a fancy weapon. Granted not all rankers will have or even need physical weapons but you'd think a princess as influential as mascheny would be able to get her hands on a weapon worth using. Add to that, if the family heads can benefit from using weapons then there is no way a peasant like mascheny can't benefit from one provided it's simply fancy enough.

Now, as to whether she uses yellow may specifically... Who knows. Maybe? Initially the 13 months series were supposed to be just ok weapons, but not AMAZING weapons by ranker or high ranker standards. So mascheny might not have much motivation to use it and even if she feels the need to use a weapon she almost certainly would have more powerful ones. Even yuri, a ha family member whose main strength is physical combat, has more powerful weapons than the 13 months series.

We also don't even know what the weapon is... Even the color and it's associated family is not necessarily adequate to predict what the weapon is... As in, red october is a sword even though red is probably the color associated with the ha family who mostly uses bare fists. Golden november might be a sword even though zahard is a needle user... Black march and green april in turn are perfect fits for their presumable representatives (v with a needle and the lo po bia family with a hook).

Whether mascheny's attacks are stronger than kranos... this depends on way too many things:
1.- Mascheny is older and presumably more powerful than yuri.
2.- Yuri is good at everything but using a needle isn't necessarily her specialty. My general stance is that yuri is a ha family member and for her getting serious probably has the implication of not using weapons since they don't benefit her shinsoo reinforcement.
3.- Even considering the two above it's entirely possible that kranos is grossly OP. It was allegedly quadrado's needle... which lore wise has pretty strong implications.

I also don't think we have seen mascheny's full power when it comes to spears or mascheny style lightning. when we saw shinsoo attributes at the hidden floors shinsoo weapons had a solid feel and look to them... Out of all of mascheny's techniques so far the only one that had that look and feel was her two prongued spear. Which didn't seem like a weapon meant for throwing but rather to manipulate lightning. Besides that, I am inclined to thinking she can probably make a lighting spear like eduan did in the hidden floor... And if she does, when we see it it might mean mascheny is finally getting properly serious.
