Yes, but using his DF to dodge slashes through disappearing.

There's another thing to argue regarding Pica's swordsmanship.

Queen uses swords and coating them with haki he probably could parry Zoro, just like Apoo parried Zoro's swords before he got serious (he then cut through the tonfas), but that doesn't mean Queen is a swordsman that can pull off flying slashing techniques or the likes. That skillset isn't implied to me unless they show something like Big Mom did. In that regard, Pica showed nothing. I believe his haki could be around Vergo's level but the bulk of his fighting strength revolves around his DF only.
But what Pica showed was not nothing

While he also relied on his Devil Fruit, he did fought for an extended period off-screen like this:

How does that panel challenge my example of Queen? Or that Pica kept using his DF throughout that scene, meaning Zoro simply couldn't cut his body. In fact, you can see he's fused with the ground in that panel.

Any character in the series can hold a sword and coat it with haki. Unless they show at least one sword technique, I don't believe they can pull them off (I don't even give that benefit of the doubt to King, and he's my favorite commander).

Yes, I just said Pica also relied on his Devil Fruit

Law, Fujitora and Kaku also relied on their fruits, but they were still competent swordsmen

Sounds like a general criticism towards how swordsmanship is portrayed in One Piece?

Kaku demonstrated sword skills and was a competent swordsman. Law and Fujitora have not. I don't consider them skilled swordsmen, especially Law, since all he does is from his DF.

Nope.

Sanji is very strong with his legs, but he cannot throw a rankyaku. Pica can parry Zoro's basic moves with his sword, but he can't throw a flying slash or cut down a mountain unless he demonstrates that he can do anything other than coating his sword with haki.

Luffy can also hold a sword and use his DF to beat Zoro up while holding it. He can also coat it with haki to stop a sword strike. Doesn't mean he can pull a sword technique.

In my opinion Diamante wasn't really weak. Other than his lame DF tricks, he did make a decent long-range slash during the fight, and was a long standing winner at the Colosseum. I think he was just unlucky to face Kyros, and that Kyros is underrated.

I wish we could have seen a bit of two-legged Kyros. I hope if he ever appears on-panel again he's gotten a prosthetic.
Maybe, but I don't think Kyros can give a high diff to pre G4 Dresrossa Luffy.
Which Lao G should be able to, based on feats.

I was kinda hyped for Kyros, Oda didn't impress me though.
Maybe it's because we don't know how strong Diamante is to begin with.

I think the series made it clear that Trebol, Pica and Diamante are equals

I don't think Lao G is supposed to be very strong... he defeated Chinjao, but Chinjao said he couldn't fight because of his sickness
Where? They just have same rank, IIRC nowhere was it stated that they are equals.

It's implied that Lao G and Chinjao would be around same level, if Chinjao was at full health.
Yeah, Chinjao basically getting mid diff'd was attributed to him being weakened after the Colosseum fight.

True, there're too little feats, and maybe it's just because I like his design and backstory, but I prefer giving him the benefit of the doubt just because of how much both him and Diamante were hyped respectively.

I haven't given them too much tought in how they compare to a young Lao G, though, but just out of rank and hype I wouldn't say they lose to him even without the feats.

Hard to say as I fully don't understand the #s/terms the OP are using. Oda, originally, was thinking of having Doflamingo be defeated in Wano rather in Dressrosa as Doflamingo is a de facto member of the Beast Pirates. He acknowledged Doflamingo as a very powerful pirate with tricky abilities. In Wano, Doflamingo would have been a nightmare since he'd have little trouble taking control of his opponents and making them do his bidding. He's someone that requires a unique skillset to contend with, let alone defeat.

I'd place Pica above Vergo. Vergo doesn't have the raw power + skillset to bring Pica down. I might place Caesar higher in the ranks. His ability is a nightmare if you don't know about his powers, and he's effective enough in group fights to the point he was able to sucker punch Katakuri of all people. Other than the rankings seem about right.
