Downfall features a middle-aged mangaka, Fukusawa, who is worn down by the reality of the manga industry. With no other choice, Fukusawa cuts ties with his partner and work (possibly). A decade earlier, a woman with a cattish face left Fukusawa, as she'd become too tired of acting a certain way for him. With Fukusawa now in a similar place as this woman once was, will they meet again?

Nothing much happened... well more of the same really from the first chapter. Meeting Chifuyu (the young hooker) might turn into something, probably remind him of his former girlfriend.
