Support Download doesn´t work [Error 403 issue]

My Scans can´t be downloaded. I always get :403-Forbidden

Can you give a step-by-step detail of what actions you took to upload your scans? If you could include a screenshot of what you have before you hit submit, that'd be great.

Thats not the only Problem. I just can´t download anything. I always get that error

Can you provide an alternative link to one of those files you uploaded? We'll see if we can reproduce the error using the same file.
