My biggest problem with the 100YQ and the dragon gods is that the dragon gods are the main antagonists of the sequel and so far they didn't feel like the main antagonists, even some servants of them had a better "main antagonist aura".

We never learnt more about them, the backstory of them, some flashbacks. how they escaped from the war and from Acnologia, how Viernes created Gold Owl. Some character development etc.

We didn't get a flashback or few pages to see how Aldoron and Acnologia fought.

We didn't get a flashback of Ignia and Dogramag. Maybe this will be shown later?

The only thing Mashima hyped is their strength and and nothing more.

If we compare that with some other characters then the whole group feels like nothing more than some fodders or filler villains with better servants than the DG itself, even the feats of them and the older enemies were much better.

I wonder what Ignia secondary power is given all the other 4 dragon gods have one.

Selene has the secondary power over spatial magic. Aldoron has the secondary power over Mimic magic, also limited time magic. Merc has the secondary power of transformation magic and limited power of releasing magic. Viernes has the secondary power over Alchemy.

I don't think that he has two abilities.

But maybe he will get another one, what if he will gain the power of Dogramags earth power and combine it with his own fire to get lava powers?

Or he will get the sun power?
