pronunced Wah-ee-zu

"Wise" and "Weisz" are both valid translations, as is "Weiss". I'm not 100% sure how likely Kodansha is to keep it as "Weisz" since it's traditionally a last name. But Hiro has given characters last names for first names on purpose before (e.g., Precht's name came from "Bertolt Brecht", and is also a real surname in and of itself).

Probably Elsie say that the planet is already dead, because people live there under surface and it's not known by others it. She must think that the ether crystals erradicated the life of River planet.

I think that somehow the doctor menage to create to himself a young body or he made a machine that was able to make him comeback in time but he lost his memories in the process. Probably Wise will join the main team e he will be a older man in a young body and that will be fun! ~

I’m leaning towards the doctor made some kind machine that made him young again but lost his memories since when the doctor made robo Happy he transferred Happy’s memories to his robot body so if the doctor made himself a new body he should have transferred his memories to his new body.
