Again if Fire Force didn't have anything happened to it despite it sales and getting anime with top-notch animation, Eden's Zero and Orient will be just fine especially company can't afford to lose these series with their big hits ending soon and need a new generation to lead on, so I see Eden's Zero, Fire Force, and Orient as 'Big 3' for WSM and Kodanasha for sure.

Funny both have same idea on making Sci-Fi series, but I am hearing Kishimoto's have 'issues' on it 'copying' from an series already named Samurai 7 and have sci-fi elements as well. What is up with that?

Do you know Gotoubun is already a big three in this magazine?They don't need Orient anymore.Fire Force,EZ and Gotoubun can be the big three.

I can see it now...the headaches we will endure as people look at the manga Mashima drew first by 11 months and say he ripped off Kishimoto...

Well just ignore them u can't stop the comparison since they both are space mangas. This is why Anime /manga community will always be toxic

I ignore them but I think more to those like for FT will be insulted in convention, you tube, twitter and other.

And that will do as for FT created a bad reputation in manga in relation to that.

Where people saying that? If early on at first chapter I understand, but lately hearing positive than negative around about EZ.

I can see those hesitant about it, bit lately former critics of FT have slowly warming up as they see the difference of it compare to FT series. It has Black Clover stigma, but slowly coming out of it as time goes on.

Which one as I know certain Youtubers who made videos on EZ, but more so early chapters, not later on right now.

Samurai 8 right now I seen look unfavorable due to mistakes in Naruto. In preview people are worry for mistakes than saying it be amazing just because of Naruto despite it's flaws.

Arjuna. Its fine. We discuss this already. Sales is still good for it overall, not weekly especially some of these have animes to begin with. If FF can still survive despite not hearing from it for awhile, EZ, will be fine too. Think your overshooting on the series too much for a early start. It hasn't peak just yet.

As every discussion of EZ has Fire Force coming in I checked FF's earlier sales.

In its first week of sales in Japan, volume 1 of Fire Force reached 14th place on the weekly Oricon manga chart and had sold an estimated amount of 42,217 copies as of February 24, 2016.

On
the contrary the first volume of EZ sold
Vol. 1: 30,178


.So if it can fall from that position why can't EZ the same position if it doesn't improve?

Doesn't mean series getting worse or heading down as not every Volume will be same lvl as before. This one dpije better than V3 did, so think too soon to call it out like your thinking. Try not thinking the worse over these comparisons please.

The first 4 volumes of FF sold more than first 4 volumes of EZ did.So if it can fall from that position why can't EZ the same position if it doesn't improve?

Hasn't FF sales been on the low lately though compare to EZ right now. Don't think it mean anything that EZ won't have a future. We had a deep talk about this before where it can lead. It won't as end of day FT was more popular and selling than SE of respective authors. If fans are still going for it by previous serirs, EZ will last longer in good future especially how the company is to Mashima for a long time of his works.

I mean FT hasn't done sells it original did, but the company still want a sequel out of it though. Don't think danger will be onto EZ especially when an anime comes around too it. Just saying be optimistic than thinking it be worse and worse.
