Well... i don't know if you've touched it before... but you know the spread of Merry-Go's appearance in chapter erm... 429 methinks? Where the strawhat's jump from the exploding remnants of Enies Lobby?

the repair on this one and the color itself is proving to be difficult, but fun at the same time! I haven't worked with explosions much, so it's refreshing to try out o/` Hope to finish by next week~

I see myself doing a lot of these, might as well group them all up in one post to reduce future clutter :> I may do some Naruto or Bleach later, but right now One Piece has been my inspiration and I want to thank all those groups who enable my dumb to reads and look at it <3

[Update]12/28: Chapter 428 Requested by Khaludh a whiles back. :> I took the challenge and man was is a pain! I came through in the end and the spread looks gorgeous. Hope you like it <3 The next one I'd like to work with should either have a lot of fire or a lot of blood/gore in it. I'm too lazy to look right now :/ if anyone can provide me to references to pages that have those, I might give them a stab <3

( But by the way, the scans for your new one were by KEFI, not KEPI )

EDIT:

Now if you'll include chapter 427's Gomu Gomu no Jetto Gatarin Gan spread and Sanji's intro in chapter 413, you'll have a complete quartet of Enies Lobby's hightlights <333 ( First one focusses on attack/hit/air effects and the second one more on blood and cool poses - and the exact moment sanji's foot connects to Jyabura's face ).

Shame the earlier Edited Mangas are less impressive, and therefor harder to clean for colouring... I'd love to see the Golden Bell from the God Enel arc in chapter 297

By the way, have you seen the final moments of O'Hara? 395 Has a nice spread if you like to colour landscapes.... Trees, water, sky, explosions, the usual stuff. And a chibi Robin to boot.

Chapter 296's spread has creepy light effects on faces and vegetation, dark clouds, explosions and thunder, it's pretty fun, if you're up for a challenge.

Chapter 427's fourth page has Usopp and a quite bloody Luffy, though it's not a spread ( the usual suspects to colour ), it's pretty cool~!

Anyway, hope any of these interests you... Perhaps i could try to find a more bloody one... What's your favourite arc?

Edit: ooh, the golden bell. I love coloring gold and metals <3 I'd love to do that if there was a good enough quality scan, you're right :/ I'd love to do some of the older stuff too, but its hard to find HQs that still work/if theres any. I'll of course have to look at the rest you suggested as well :>

Enies Lobby Arc has my favorite artwork in it and is close enough to being my favorite Arc as well. I did enjoy the ending of the Davy Back Fight Arc as well. The Spypiea Arc got too long for me, but the ending was satisfactory. The golden bell scene was actually my favorite from there.
