Eileen didn't do anything impressive that outshine zeref, acnologia was impressed by a zeref lackey go and reread or rewatch. He said she was impressive considering she was a zeref lackey. Acnologia explicitly stated that zeref had the power to takeover the world. Acnologia thinking or calling jellal an ant is irrelevant since you're talking about impressive feats and jellal was impressive against human acnologia and dragon acnologia.
Also there's a difference between toying with Erza and toying with the entire war.
