Well if that were the case there'd be no way for everyone here claiming Tobirama>Sasuke to come to such a conclusion. But I've seen it said often. Likewise he's shown about as much as Minato has shown, and he has a dozen or more fights here already, some of which were made before we knew he could do more than Hiraishin. Tobirama could reveal more as chapters progress, in which the thread will likely become even more active.
Match takes place in the Konohagakure crater. No Edo Tensei, as that requires prep.
