Well did Mirajane use any un/named spell against Lucy? She only used basic taijutsu and she literally tied her spirits. Even tainted in white i doubt she is serious against lucy or else she will use her strongest form or even evil explosion/soul extinction but she did not use it? You know why because she still think lucy as comrade.

Remember when Skullion suddenly appeared and beat gemini lissana. Mirajane's mood suddenly changed. Even Lucy was afraid on it.

She literally tanked lucys strongest spell to date.

Gray's absence is pretty suspicious. I reckon after a chapter of Mira and Elfman fighting Gray will show up, probably replace Elfman.
