I was going thru the ES21 discussion area and I noticed that there were quite a few topics with people requesting various chapters of ES21. So I decided to merge them all into one large topic where people can make requests a little more formally.
Though please remember that F-Manga is currently working on filling in the gap of chapters 143 thru 167. They have a topic here where you can check where they are at in the process.
