Maels grace had the unique function of increasing his power overtime. If this function is no longer active or he no longer possess the grace than at the very least you are given grounds to question how his power stacks up against his older brother no?

I just realized something, gloxinia and Drole were able to inflict minor cuts on chandler just before dying. But Ludociel (a fucking archangel) couldn’t have even done that much even if he was possessing someone’s body.

I find that absolutely hilarious because of how nonsensical it is.

From what i know, Chandler was at half power at that time. But even then, 54k fighters to damage a 80k+ fighter is pretty impressive.

I'd say at that point Nakaba hadnt fully decided what Zel's borrowed magic did, maybe he was still leaning towards the "sealing" type magic Zel used on Dolor.

Sure, but we have no reason to think that Zeldris would deactivate the magic, specially when Merlin is a magic expert and he himself has her in high consideration. Zeldris not having the DK's magic activated in that situation makes little sense and the ability should still work even if he's off-guard.

Zeldris has always stood by his word, ofc he didn’t expect Merlin to attack him which left an opening for Ludociel
