I think Diablos only exists to strengthen the ranks of Rebellious when the final Guild War of the series takes place. That’s still how this all ends. FT vs WW with Ignia prowling around waiting for his final duel with Natsu.

Rebellious might not be a thing for real anymore…if I was Mashima I’d leave the actual white witch, and his followers for the Next Gen series, ya know? Like the new Zeref. Still gunna be a Diablos/FT guild war with Ignia prowling on the edge waiting for his final duel

If there is gonna be a next gen but yeah the real white wizard should be the new zeref is there is a next gen, but lets hope that he/she won't be as strong as zeref lol cause i want zeref and acno to remain as the strongest villains cause we knew zeref since episode 8 and acno since like ep 60 or 70.

He was the worst villain in FT. I can't believe I used to like a villain like that. He was good before Alvarez. After that, he became a joke with "Destruction" What was his goal first he wanted to kill dragons, the dragon slayers(don't know why all of a sudden), then everybody. We still don't know the dragon who gave him his power.

Spiriggans were dropped out of nowhere especially Irene and August. Queen of dragons and King of magic never heard of before for almost over 438 chapters given their grand titles. Alvarez just became a threat overnight. Zeref and few of his demons being final would have been better given they were mentioned quite early in the series.

Acnologia will likely be equaled or eclipsed by Ignia. He’s already stated he’s stronger, and you know how the stakes raise in these stories. I’m predicting a next gen just following the new trends and Mashima’s willingness to let FT keep going simply for the fans sake. He’s already stated he’s open so now it’s just how it pans out.

One of the things that tickle me is Faris' Zeref white counterpart hype lol. All those hypes built up by Jellal. White Witch, 100 years old, etc Where did Jellal get those info???? Faris is a good girl. She was just desperate. She is probably same age as Lucy.

IMO I think Ignia will just end up being Natsu's buddy. I don't think he's evil. So I am leaning towards Another DG, Elfseria, and Diabolos.

Like in most cases in Alverez arc (esp Eileen/DS lore, and August/Larcade/son dynamics).

At least I hope more thought is put into Diabolos. That 4 symbols + golden dragon theory, if true, means Mashima at least has planned out something. At least a Skeleton, instead of making shit up on the spot. Hopefully not another Alverez, or white witch.

Only character can nullify her is Wendy.

Please no. Boruto is garbage incarnate from what little I followed it.

I'm open to new spinoffs of something involving our current characters, like maybe:
- actual guild adventures giving more focus to other guildmates. Let's see more Reedus, Max, Romeo etc along with our usual relevant FT members, some lighthearted stuff involving some interesting plots
- spinoff about other guilds like Sabertooth or Crime Sorciere
- spinoff giving us detailed lore about what happened 400 years ago (with Zeref or Acnologia as the main character)
etc.

But please, no "next gen" lmao

I honestly don't mind granny panels lol, what's wrong?
- She gave us lore about the Alta face thing. Yeah, Alta face was garbage shit, but that isn't granny's fault that Mashima screwed there
- Through her we also saw dynamics of whiteout order during the entire hands acting wack. she's their leader, so of course it's her who's giving the others motivation to continue fighting instead of fleeing

The issue is other panels either end in cliffhanger, or are so shit and lacking that people are blaming granny panels for them. Like "if those granny panels didn't exist, maybe we could've got more panels involving other stuff which explains wtf had happened"

I get the frustration, but you guys are blaming the wrong person for it lmao. We are currently in Elentir, so of course getting panels focused on people of that planet, what they are thinking etc is expected.
If it wasn't through granny, we would be getting them through other characters like WW

Ignia will probably be the last God Dragon to be defeated. He wants to prove that he's the strongest, and the only way that can happen is if beating Natsu is more impressive than beating the other god dragons. After that, it's anyone's guess who the final villain is.

It could be George, though I think George is tied to Viernes and will be resolved after Selene's arc.

It could be Elfseria. Elfseria is probably the real white wizard. Though I don't think Elfseria is evil.

It could be something new. Maybe there's something even stronger sealed away by the God Dragon's powers. Acnologia's master maybe? Ankhseram? A huge source of power like Fairy Heart?

How was he the worse villain in fairy tail? it was just his defeat that was asspull, but its not surprise that he wanted to kill dragon slayers and dragons since he was literally the biggest dragon killer in the planet and also kills slayers cause he knows that they will transform into dragons to, but yeah we still don't know why he wanted to kill dragons and probably never will.

Honestly yeah it would have been far cooler if zeref alongside tartaros were the final villains since we know them since episode 8, would have been pretty cool to if we heard rumors about the wizard king earlier in the series and talked about how he was the leader of a super powerful alliance known as the spriggan 12, but only in books/stories etc and then for irene they should have talked about her in the GMG eclipse arc when they were talking about the dragon king acnologia they should have also talked abour irene know as the dragon queen so it won't be random

lol ignia stating he is stronger then acno is bullshit, what right does he have to claim that he is stronger if he was hiding his ass from acno for all those 400 years? he knew acno was in fiore? so what? why didn't he come to challenge acno by causing destruction and getting his attention oh yeah cause he was scared of him, idk why yall are believing ignia at all.

For me as already said, the last villain will be:

either elséfira and that the reward of the vows was a trap.

Either a new character who is trapped in the orb in the middle of the fresco and that elséfiria was not aware of or was trapped / manipulated by this character.

Either an ancestral demon, history that it is not yet a dragon.

Either a true divine dragon, THE dragon god, aka bahamut XD.

Either Ank, just to see it and whatever account has been settled for natsu with maivis and zeref.

The Spriggan are one of the things I wish was mentioned earlier in the series, now for Alvarez we knew earlier that there was land out west but we didn’t know the name nor was there any conflict

Yeah, we didn't know there being a continent in the west prior to Alvarez arc. Also, like I've talked about this before with @grey matter I wish Mashima really expanded more on the FT World tbh...it would be so cool and exciting to learn and actually explore the different nations, cultures, magic systems etc alongside the characters.
