I’m hoping after Elfman has his moment he goes into the background for a bit and lets Mirajane and Laxus do their thing because in no way should he be able to take out two full dragons himself.

I found it odd Mirajane encouraging Elfman to use a full body take over to that extent considering last time he smacked Lisanna all the way to Edolas when he tried to over extend himself like that lol

I won't lie, I'm kind of annoyed with Elfman jumping into the fight. Mira and Laxus haven't shown anything new since the Alvarez arc, while Elfman is already heading for his fourth new take over. But it's ok, I guess. I'm still hoping Mira pulls off a take over with Faris's demons, and Laxus shows off some new power involving that dragon's soul.

So they actually tanked two attacks? Impressive—surviving a double dragon breath has got to be one of the best durability feats in the entire series. And people here are actually bragging about a character who fought God Serena.

I’ve been gone for some time because life has been busy. But I still am reading these chapters myself.

I feel like there is gonna be a Laxus and Mirajane moment happening, especially after Re:Fantasia. I also seen people from previous chapters wanted Lucy to join Natsu fighting Ignia, but I don’t think that will happen due to the fight taking place inside the Sun, which can burn those with fire resistance, and Ignia is currently having Acnologia’s power on him.

I also feel like Scissor Runner’s Magic is gonna be Blade and Cutting like Kiria’s Magic.

I feel like after Re:Fantasia, I am glad to see Mirajane around now.

I wish we would got good team battles where everyone can shine, DS and supporters like Elfman with his new takeover or the OS like Angel and Hoteye.

But sadly Mashima chose to give up on OS what makes the screentime from them useless. He also chose to not shown Laxus at fullpower or how Mira shows us some attack/spells. He wants that Elfman shines. Even if he just weakens them, it would be not good, because they are two dragons on the level of the DG (according to Ignia).

Not to mention that we have many DS who did nothing so far


This batlle(s) should be either team battle(s) or the DS should be the ones who weakens and defeat the dragons.

God Serena is a total fraud, I honestly have my doubts if this 'Dragon Slayer' could even take down Zirconis. Scissor Runner only showed two attacks, and both have way better feats than anything Serena's done.

I'm loving this chapter Mira and Elfman upscale. But I'm confused. Why did it take soooo much just to defeat motherglare human form compared to the rest. Base Laxus (hasn't use red lightning or TDK yet) forced Levia to go dragon form. Mira is who weaker than Erza threw scissor in his dragon form. And Laxus and Mira are tanking attacks in calamity bloods dragon forms while Erza got knocked down by human form motherglare human form and was being overpowered.

Salty Mira fan, there is no reason to assume she is massively stronger than Skullion was even now with the Wendy power up as i don't assume Laxus nor Erza got a strong buff either. Without the Wendy buff then no reason to think she is any stronger than Skullion, so why Scissor Runner should be any stronger than a bum like Anchor?

Levia probably needs to defeated by single hit. Since Mira and Laxus will constantly be getting nerfed, 2v1 against Levia with involving a Unison Raid makes sense.Idk

I'll be seriously bummed if he pulls a brand new form out of nowhere while Mira and Laxus still haven't gotten anything new since Alvarez. What are you actually saying? You’re upset that Elfman is getting a power up and Laxus is involved?

Laxus isn’t short on screen time I’m not sure why the fuss, this is like his second dragon he’s fought anyway. Laxus is cool but he isn’t above sharing panels with his guild mates like everyone else

What imo ruins this fight so far (besides the fact that the battle was offscreened lol) is that we have now a Elfman moment. Why now?
We had a short fight with Elfman where he fought against Gaia the demon guy from Faris books. Mashima could spend 1-2 chapters for that battle. The place of the fight was on Aldorons body,so a full Takeover form of Aldoron would make sense.

Also, I thought Mirajane used her takeover magic on Daemon? Where is her new form?

With the Aldoron takeover form and Mirajane Daemon form with that she can use her hax magic, it would made at least sense that they could hurt Scissor Runner.

Many things are so random....
