Bringing Anky have no relevance to the story for FT next gen. He cursed Zeref because he derserved nothing more and nothing else.

He can get involve again as there can be always someone else in Zeref position as who knows how many people Ank has curse in his lifetime.

It'll be Touka. I thought it would be Elefseria but doubt it now. Ignia is more of a challenge for Team Natsu. No bullshit I'm loving her character, she gives me Zeref vibes but different energy with an alter ego and not looking to die but to wipe magic out. Doesn't hurt to be wife material either. Next few chapters I expect her goal and motive to be revealed, it's speculation she's fought Zeref at Zonia from Irene's story, given her Natsu interest I wouldn't be surprised of a connection, everyone is connected to Zeref in some form. Someone like Briar could be an accomplice given she knows her, it's setting up to be her

Here are the poll results for the most voted Final Villains in Fairy Tail.

New poll is up for the Final Villains in Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest. Feel free to add suggestions for any choices that I missed.

Surprised to see Elefseria leading the poll. Guess his quest makes him suspicious, but for the moment he doesn't seems like someone evil to me. That may change as the series advances tho.

As for the other choices, Faris never was truly evil and she has practically been written out of the series (though the White Wizard may actually appear later), Diabolos has been reduced to underlings, and I see Mashima able to pull a new antagonist out of the nothing for the final fight like he did with Alta Face. For the moment, I think Ignia may be the final boss, or at least he's Natsu's most personal antagonist at the moment.

Elefseria looks less likely to be the final villain now, considering Selene and Diabolos are going after him at the moment
