Producer and Mashima want future content for the game and make it an franchise. If we all want more details, characters, arcs, sources, etc. we simply need to buy games. Let us help with that by showing support for it, so future FT Games can have better stuff in them and could even expand to other companies to make more FT consoles games. I would love that .

I don't see how any of these guys can be more crucial than Mira or Laxus who are much more defined side characters. 50% gives a little hope, but I heard there's only going to be ten or so characters in the game so I'm losing hope as time goes on. They might market them as a premium to play as due to their popularity amongst the fans.

GMG is important for them as well for Tartarous Arc.

Plus even if they don't get in at first, still DLC possibilities as like they said they can't every character in the series playable. Got support it for sequel and future games to add more next time for it. There still hope, don't doubt it.
