Just in here, so i get notifications of possible dlcs i want to have,

Overall the game is pretty decent. Not exactly what I was expecting but decent enough. Would recommend to hardcore Fairy Tail fans but that that love Fairy tail but don't do the extra stuff like get tattoos or buy figurines I personally wouldn't recommend spending $60 on the game. Maybe if and When it goes down to like the $30 range.

The things I wish we got more of is:

• More armors for Erza
• GMG and Beyond Lucy attacks should have included duel spirit summoning. Meaning Lucy should have been able to attack twice during 1 turn.
• More character centric side quest
• More game exclusive content
• Better enemy designs

I do wish in the future they do a open play Fairy Tail game like Fortnite. I think the Fairy Tail world is immersive for something like that.

Me, I expect a pure fighting game, like DBZ budokai tenkachi or naruto storm.

But I would say a 2nd game so no Alvarez DLC for the 1st.

It may be quite short if there is only Alvarez and even if he adds avatar, it will be short.

Can be put dragon cry in it.

I know I'm late to the party, but for a new Fairy Tail game I'd like something like Dragon Ball Xenoverse where you can create your own character, interact with canon characters, do missions, versus/tournament modes, being able to learn new moves/powers from the characters. Like you start at the first arc and move your way up, upgrading your character (stats, clothes, moves) throughout.

The mainidea of this game was really ok. With skippable animations, less sidequests and more mainstory it would have been quite awesome.

gameplay aside I did like how hella nameless spells from the manga were confirmed, like seilah's and kyoka's spells during their fights from tartaros arc. FT has never done a character or data book so it was lowkey good to have some sort of organized data entry. In 100YQ Erza used Circle Sword and Robe of Yuen for the first time in years, so I'm sure there's a chance we'll see game only spells become used in canon

only other places to get canon info of FT world is from the occasional story episodes from ft mobile game, this one talks about motherglare's death is good

Mashima and the producer did say they want franchise if the game sells are successful. Could go like that on adding new stuff in future games. We got show support for that to happen.

honestly for the way they handled the game and priced everything, i’m fine with not having another one.

They added a “what if” story regarding Zeref draining Mavis of Fairy Heart on the mobile game:


TLDR:

• Zeref goes in to drain FH, Mavis retaliated
• Activates FH herself, goes White wizard Mavis
• Used space between time like Zeref did to and sends thought projections to go back in time, kills all the spriggan 12 to prevent genocide and war
• Returns to the timeline with Zeref shook
• Zera got recreated by Mavis subconscious again, convinced her what she’s doing isn’t humane
• Mavis send thought projections again to undo s12 dying
• No courage to kill Zeref present timeline, Zeref disappears
• They take on Acnologia

Mavis is a fucking savage, lol one of my favs for a reason. FH Mavis deff missed opp

Ther kinda did Avatar in the last game, but without Avatar. (It's completly different arc, but the game ends with reunited FT after 1 year timeskip). So it's probably only Albareth. But it probably will be different from manga version--there is a scene of Erza and Wendy fighting Serena, I don't recall such battle in the manga.

Also, you have added trailer in Japanese, but just to be accurate, the game is fully translated into English.
