I just can't think of character that might defeat August and larcade , maybe gildart but that's the only one I could think of that is relevant enough to do so.
If Natsu will not Fight Larcade or someone else ( Jellal for example ) i can see him getting killed by Acnologia later on but after Larcade will probably nerf Acnologia with his soul magic or whatever it is ( just a theory :P )
I Agree on August opponent still part of me would love Makarov or Laxus assisting in this one
Hiro can't win in some situations
I'm ready for Erza ( Maybe someone tag along ) vs Irene and Erza winning and I'm looking forward to that fight and revelations That will get during this
What are you talking about? Cobra attacked, she dodged. Hoteye used his earth attack and she jumped in the air and warded off Cobra and Racer. Then she landed on her feet and Racer tagged her, she got pushed back and Cobra tagged him, effectively taking her down. It wasn't a sneak attack. The first sneak attack Racer did was him not using his magic, so it wasn't fast (Racer affects perception, if she wasn't even looking at him then he her perception of his speed is redundant).
Just saw the panels. Cobra dodges. Blur racer tries to hit erza from behind. Erza dodges both cublies and racer at the same time. She spins around attacking both. Then we see hot eye. Erza make some noise. Racer tags her. And then cublies bites her.
So yeah both racer and hot eye attacked with their magic in a sneak attack. Hot eye was successful
We don't know how racer magic work. But no projectile was moving abnormal fast. So it slowed everyone and everything in it
So erza reacting to him without looking was her pure speed after the effect of racer magic
She blocked Racer but she was looking at him. Btw just because she blocked the attack doesn't mean Racer did not tag her. And Racer actually attacked Jellal from behind so no.
. Against a member of the Spriggan 12, Ice-Make: Silver done in demonized form did no damage to Ajeel whom broke out of it with ease. The body heat from demolition fist was enough to cause Jacob to recoil in pain.
It's funny you bring up Ajeel when Gray and Natsu performed more or less against him, also holy shit, you honestly think that the body heat from FDK would work on other S12 members the same way it did on Lessio? I honestly don't get why you somehow use that as a standard to show that Natsu is OP, yet when he entered FDK against Zeref, Invel didn't even make any remark about the body heat so that means it would be useless against him, and that goes for pretty much any other member of the S12 who's not named Lessio._.
Gray stopped Ajeel's Golem in its tracks, Natsu took out Ant Lion Pit, those two feats are pretty much the same, well, Natsu's is a little less impressive since Lisanna was able to replicate it in the most recent chapter by taking Elfman out of the sandpit.
I can even go a step further and say Natsu and Gray's direct attacks did nothing against Ajeel, seeing as Natsu punched him and it didn't do anything and Gray directly attacked him with ice which he caused to dessicate.
Natsu and Gray's feats are pretty much the same until proven otherwise, so yes, Natsu and Gray are equals

Again, you are comparing some of Natsu's least impressive feats (getting out of sand lions pit) with Gray's best feat in the series so far (Ice-Make: Silver), and saying that they are equals because of it. Natsu didn't enter FDK mode against Ajeel, now did he? Actually if Natsu and Gray performed equally against Ajeel, that would be supporting my argument that partially demonized Gray is on the level of base Natsu.
Natsu's body heat would work on any Spriggan without resistance to heat, or a magic to enhance their body's durability. Jacob has just as much magical power as any of the other Spriggans bar August, Irene, and maybe Larcade. Any Spriggan whose magic doesn't profoundly enhance their body should be scalable with Jacob. I see no reason to assume that Jacob is a weak Spriggan at all. Zeref had ordered Invel to retreat his troops a couple of kilometers. We can also see the area that Natsu's fire effected, and Invel wasn't in it. Also, Zeref himself was amazed by the heat of FDK mode, and thought that it would be enough to kill him. He said so himself that he was truly impressed by Natsu's power. It's not like Invel was completely unfazed by Natsu's power either. At the very least, he was nervous of Zeref's condition. You can see an expression of shock on his face.
see no reason to assume that Jacob is a weak Spriggan at all. Zeref had ordered Invel to retreat his troops a couple of kilometers. We can also see the area that Natsu's fire effected, and Invel wasn't in it.
No one said Lessio is weak, in fact you're the one who;s implying that FDK heat will work on every S12 member by saying 'It was able to cause an S12 member to recoil in pain' as if that's a set standard for all of them.
You do realize Natsu undoing Sand Pit is similar to him melting the Colosseum since none of the people around him were injured back then and none of his teammates were injured?
I believe this would fall into the same category as Natsu's best feats? Also partially demonized Gray just changes the nature of his magic, it doesn't exactly mean he's being serious, and what I meant by they did nothing against Ajeel was here:
In this case I'm equating Natsu's punch to Gray's ice because Gray doesn't exactly use punches in his fighting style like Natsu, so his basic spell would be him just freezing, but ultimately, it didn't do anything against Ajeel. So yes, base Gray=Base Natsu.
Yes, and Natsu entered FDK against Lessio and evaporated the whole lake, which should be greater than the 'couple kilometres' Invel took according to Zeref's orders. Your point falls flat on its face since Invel SHOULD have felt the heat from FDKM since he wasn't that far away from Zeref.
Also you bring up Zeref in your point, you realize he didn't recoil in pain or anything, right? And no, this isn't a matter of his immortality, Zeref still feels pain as shown in his fight with Ultear on Tenrou, so the fact that he WAS LITERALLY STANDING INCHES AWAY FROM NATSU and wasn't recoiling at the heat produced already shows FDK will be useless against other S12 members
LMAO what? He was more taken by Igneel's power, FDKM didn't mean anything to him, he specifically said 'power granted by the dead' not 'the heat from your body' will kill me. FDKM didn't even do anything in that fight to Zeref as much as I'm concerned, and as far as he's concerned.
It's a little amusing since Natsu enters FDKM immediately after Zeref's remark, so no, FDKM heat isn't hurting Zeref or any other S12 member apart from Lessio
No one said Lessio is weak, in fact you're the one who;s implying that FDK heat will work on every S12 member by saying 'It was able to cause an S12 member to recoil in pain' as if that's a set standard for all of them.
I said FDK's body heat would work on any Spriggan who does not specifically have a magic that enhances their durability or gives them resistance against heat. Jacob's durability should be no lower than Brandish's, Neinhart's, Dimaria's, or even Ajeel's. Spriggans like God Serena would have resistance against fire, and Spriggans like Bradman or Dimaria would have enhanced durability. I'm not singling Jacob out as the one Spriggan in which Natsu's body heat would work against. Obviously Spriggans that are vastly stronger than Natsu, like August, Irene, and Larcade would be completely unaffected by it. August even has a fire-based spell that outclasses FDK spells. Invel might also be a special case, as he can potentially lower the temperature of his surroundings to a tolerable level.
You do realize Natsu undoing Sand Pit is similar to him melting the Colosseum since none of the people around him were injured back then and none of his teammates were injured?
I believe this would fall into the same category as Natsu's best feats?
First of all, Natsu's GMG feat melted the clothing off the backs of everyone there. Right off the bat, it did more than what Natsu did against Sand Lion's pit.
Secondly, the only thing similar about what Natsu did against Ajeel and what he did against the stadium was that he didn't seriously injure his allies. Saying that this makes sand lions in the category of one of Natsu's best feats is stupid. Natsu's not trying to knock out his allies. This attack doesn't have the AoE of the GMG feats. This attack doesn't have the potency behind the roar that took out Bluenote.
Also partially demonized Gray just changes the nature of his magic, it doesn't exactly mean he's being serious, and what I meant by they did nothing against Ajeel was here:

Ice-Make: Silver is done in a partially demonized form. You are comparing that with a punch base Natsu used against Ajeel. Then you are saying that this proves base Gray = base Natsu, and that partially demonized Gray = FDK Natsu. This makes no sense.
Yes, and Natsu entered FDK against Lessio and evaporated the whole lake, which should be greater than the 'couple kilometres' Invel took according to Zeref's orders. Natsu was closer to Jacob than Invel was to Natsu. In fact, Invel wasn't even anywhere near the vacinity we can see from the actual flames. I never said that Natsu would cause every Spriggan in a mile wide radius to recoil from pain. That's not what Natsu did to Jacob either. Natsu was in Jacob's face, and his body heat was causing Jacob to recoil. Zeref is immortal. His durability should be higher than anyone's, including Augusts' and Irene's. Yes, he did suffer a defeat from Ultear back on Tenrou Island, but Zeref still cared about life back then. Now Zeref is heartless, and the curse of contradiction makes his magic is stronger because of it.
If Natsu was actually using Igneel's power against Invel, forget the body heat from FDK mode, that punch that sent Zeref through a mountain would likely have oneshotted him.
LMAO what? He was more taken by Igneel's power, FDKM didn't mean anything to him, he specifically said 'power granted by the dead' not 'the heat from your body' will kill me. FDKM didn't even do anything in that fight to Zeref as much as I'm concerned, and as far as he's concerned.

Natsu used FDK mode with Igneel's magical power. Zeref was impressed by what Natsu could do in FDK mode using Igneel's power. The part about the power of the dead is vastly blown out of proportion. First of all, it's just Zeref speculating. Secondly, Zeref is actually surrounded by people who can use the power of the dead (Neinhart, Bradman, and Keith), and none of them would kill him. Lastly, Natsu had no clue about any of this and still deduced that Igneel's power would be enough to kill Zeref. The reason why Igneel's power was enough to kill Zeref, was because of the raw power that Igneel had. That raw power manifests itself in the form of heat. That's why Zeref said that it was amazing when the earth itself started burning. That's why Zeref was amazed by the magical power he felt, and from the heat before Natsu even revealed it came from Igneel.
No one said Lessio is weak, in fact you're the one who;s implying that FDK heat will work on every S12 member by saying 'It was able to cause an S12 member to recoil in pain' as if that's a set standard for all of them.

Yea I know right? How dare Natsu spend an entire year training and not come up with a form that could hurt the strongest mages in the whole world simply with his presence? How pathetic!
Dude, I equated Natsu undoing Ant Lion Pit to Gray stopping the Golem, I equated Natsu punching Ajeel to Gray using ice against him later on which Ajeel melted using 'Dessicate'
I'll even link you my post where I said the same:

You're missing the point, no one said anything about him being defeated, I meant Zeref can FEEL PAIN from attacks, so the fact that he didn't recoil or anything from Natsu's heat, says a whole lot about the mode
Which, as we all know, did nothing to Zeref until Natsu actually started attacking him physically, unlike with Lessio who was already recoiling from pain before Natsu even touched him.
The only area durability applies to Zeref is in the fact that HE CAN'T DIE. He experiences everything else the same way as mortal men.
How do you know he's never asked them to try and end him? Have you ever considered the fact that maybe, just maybe, they tried killing him and failed? That's why he resorted to using Fairy Heart?
Dude, then why not just ask Acnologia to kill Zeref? The funny thing is that Igneel and Zeref were friends. and you'd think if it was that easy to end Zeref, he woulf have told Igneel to just do it at any moment, so no, it's because Igneel was DEAD AND NATSU WAS USING HIS POWER that it even had the remotest chance of actually finishing him off.

All the same. You equated Gray's demonized form against base Natsu. I don't even know where the part where Ajeel dessicate Gray's ice comes into the conversation. How is that equivalent to a punch that actually landed!?
And what he did against Ant Lion Pit was an attack? It wasn't even an attack, there was a freaking pillar of fire where he stopped Ajeel's attack
How is this any different from this?
The two attacks are THE SAME no matter how you slice and dice it, so yes, this is equitable to Gray using Ice Make:Silver to stop the Golem.
They are completely different. One is Natsu stuck in the sand, and then releasing a pillar of fire to escape the sand. The other is Natsu actually launching a punch at the GMG contestants, and the heat from the explosion afterwards caused the GMG stadium to melt. The only thing that is similar between the two scenarios is that Natsu didn't hurt his allies. This is a stupid reason to say that Natsu burning up sand lions pit is one of his best feats in base mode. Natsu didn't display the AoE that he usually does, and he didn't use it with the intent of hitting Ajeel so much as freeing himself and his allies. To put a feat like this on par with something like the roar that oneshotted Bluenote is just silly.
Let me put it this way. If Arlock and Bluenote was standing beside Natsu, and Natsu wanted to take them out do you think that the move Natsu used against Ajeel would have done ANY damage against them? If not, then the feat is quite simply not one of Natsu's best feats. Even if I do give you the argument that burning away the sand equates to melting the GMG, I am still 1000% certain that it doesn't equate to FDK.
You're missing the point, no one said anything about him being defeated, I meant Zeref can FEEL PAIN from attacks, so the fact that he didn't recoil or anything from Natsu's heat, says a whole lot about the mode
Zeref's durability should be a lot higher than anyone elses. The fact that Zeref thought he was going to die says a lot more about the mode, then whether or not he recoiled from the pain. Zeref had already tanked punches from Igneel-powered Natsu's actual attacks. It's obvious he has durability that far surpasses Jacob.
He's also the strongest black wizard to have lived. It's been confirmed by Zeref himself that the less he values life, the more powerful he is. That's the reason he couldn't use his magic as he wanted against Ultear. That's why he lost to Ultear. He literally wasn't as powerful.
Natsu's so called "body heat" is really overrated. People make it sound like Natsu can immediately scorch his opponents to dead once he turns FDKM. Well, we clearly saw he can after his fight against Zeref right? No, nor Invel or the Alvarez fodder soldiers were effected by it.
Also, Zeref >>>>> IgNatsu or any other plot armoured power-up Natsu has on his sleeves.
But I don't think I'll add much here. My fellow Lisannanksheram fan (@Emperor Spriggan) has already showed enough.

Man, what's with the strawman? I'm not saying the body heat would kill a Spriggan. Nobody is saying that. I'm saying that the body heat would cause Spriggan level opponents to recoil in pain if they are within the same proximity to Natsu as Jacob was. This is simply more impressive than Ice-Make: Silver, which caused no damage to a Spriggan. I haven't seen anyone bring up a point that counters this.
The closest that comes is appealing to the fact that Invel wasn't injured, and even that doesn't make any sense. Invel and the soldiers weren't anywhere near Natsu or Zeref's location when Natsu entered FDK mode, and you can't see them within the fire. Natsu didn't inflict Jacob pain from the other side of the lake either. The pain came as Natsu was approaching Jacob. There was no reason to believe Invel would have been effected by the heat in the same way Jacob would have the fact that he wasn't anywhere near the area Natsu and Zeref were, and Natsu wasn't approaching Invel.
Gray's demonized form using BASIC SPELLS, to a form that HAPPY SAID NATSU WAS NOT HOLDING BACK IN. Happy remarked that Natsu was not holding back when he melted the GMG, so yes, I'm equating those 2 feats side by side.
I don't even know where the part where Ajeel dessicate Gray's ice comes into the conversation. How is that equivalent to a punch that actually landed!?
Because they both used basic attacks against the same opponent that ended up doing nothing, but I'll give you this, since Gray's ice didn't make contact with Ajeel, although the effect would have been the same either way.
No one said anything about FDK, dude, I was equating Natsu two feats against each other, FDK is a completely different scenario altogether..
Look at the two pillars of fire when Natsu burned away the sand and the GMG, they are THE SAME SIZE, so yes, those two feats are more or less the same.

And against Natsu he wasn't even using his best spells, so this is equitable to him not being at full power against Ultear, honestly Zeref being the blackest dark mage doesn't even change the end result of things

Happy says Natsu was overdoing it in the translation you just quoted. He also says that in the official translation. This doesn't mean Natsu was going all out. It just means he took things over the top.
I agree that Natsu's GMG punch is comparable to Ice-Make: Silver in terms of AoE. I have always said this. That would make base Natsu's punch (probably Fire Dragon's Iron Fist) equivalent to a partially demonized Gray's Ice-Make: Silver. What I don't agree with is you saying Ice-Make: Silver or the GMG punch is equivalent with Natsu burning the sand lion's pit because Natsu didn't harm his teammates. If it makes you feel any better, I am actually saying that Ice-Make: Silver is more impressive burning up Ajeel's sand. The pillar of fire that came from Natsu burning Ajeel's sands is nowhere near the size of Dormus Flau. Sand Lions pit is barely the size of a small house, and Natsu's blast is at best slightly bigger than the pit. Grand Magic Games stadium is situated on top of a mountain, and can house an entire city. The GMG punch was larger + it was an actual attack.
Zeref is simply stronger than he was when he fought Ultear. It doesn't matter if he didn't attack Natsu to the full extent of his abilities, he was simply on another level altogether. It would have made Zeref a lot more durable than he was back on Tenrou.
Natsu is not on Erza's level, in the latest chapter and the Ajeel fight showcased their speed. Erza was able to cover a large area of fodder in seconds. Natsu ran through fodder, he didn't attack them, and he didn't complexity finish them off.
Erza has flame armor and fast speeds which are two advantages she has over Natsu. Not only that but she can equip the swords that hit their target without them knowing it hit them. Erza combined with her armor, speed would defeat Natsu.
You may use the excuse that Natsu can burn the sword. Wrong because it's true to a certain extend and she can melt a sword moving at super sonic speeds instantly. He melted a knife but not instantly and not while someone is adding pressure on it.
Erza was able to drop Natsu with one hand in Tatarus and you believe 9 months means he can do the same? Wrong, Erza just doesn't have AOE attacks.
Haha, what? I think I read that wrong, you just equated....base Natsu's punch to a territorial changing technique? I'm sorry, but that's outright the most ludicrous thing I've read from you, and you usually have a reputation for making good points.
Do you even know what base Natsu's attacks are like?
And you equated spells like this to...
Ffs, the entire earth was frozen and you're equating that to simple punches? Yeeeeeeah I'ma have to call you out on that...
Ant Lion's Pit LITERALLY changed the entire terrain in front of Ajeel, and he even said he's taken out TOWNS with it, so unless you're referring to the one he used on Elfman and Lisanna, the one he used is the size of a city.
The only reason it was able to house an entire city was because of magic, that isn't even it's usual state.
Also, the GMG isn't really as big as you are making it out to be, Jellal's Sema also covered the entire sky above the stadium, so no, it really isn't that big.

Equating it to barely a house? Yeah.N
The only reason it was able to house an entire city was because of magic, that isn't even it's usual state.

The punches Natsu used against Jacob had to be held back because Natsu doesn't want to destroy the guild hall. If Natsu was willing to destroy the guild, he would've gone FDK mode in the beginning to take out Jacob. The fact that he didn't, and instead held off until he was out of the guild proves that he wasn't willing to destroy the guild. That would definitely explain why he didn't use the same type of punches he used against Arlock, the roar he used against Bluenote, or the punch against the GMG stadium.
Again, you're taking the worst of Natsu's feats, and completely ignoring the best of Natsu's feats. You don't see me going around basing my argument on why Gray's ice-make: freeze lancer is weaker than FDK roar now, do you? Look at the size of the trees and the size of Gray in the image Ice-Make: Silver. Compare that with the size of trees and human-sized figures with the other attacks I post below. It's very easy to see that Natsu's basic attacks rival Ice-Make: Silver in terms of AoE. This was actually something I brought up in my first post to you, and you still haven't addressed it.
The GMG stadium is huge, and the city being made out of magic has absolutely nothing to do with that. Even if the city was made out of magic, that doesn't change it's size. Also, Sema is huge. The amount of land Ajeel changed in front of him was small. It was comparable to what Bluenote did to the ground in front of him. It is nowhere near the size of the GMG stadium. You can clearly still see Ajeel and the cart in the image of the pit. Human sized figures look like ants in the GMG stadium
Your inconsistency is a little noticeable there man..
How do you know he's never asked them to try and end him? Have you ever considered the fact that maybe, just maybe, they tried killing him and failed? That's why he resorted to using Fairy Heart?

Because Natsu was wielding the power of a dragon, it isn't really as impressive as you make it sound
Zeref was on Igneel's side 400 years ago. He wanted to work with him so that Igneel could teach Natsu dragon slaying magic, as well as help Igneel take out Acnologia.
Haha, what? I think I read that wrong, you just equated....base Natsu's punch to a territorial changing technique? I'm sorry, but that's outright the most ludicrous thing I've read from you, and you usually have a reputation for making good points.

Natsu was holding back a lot in that fight. Heck, the Fire Dragon's claw he used on Ajeel's fodder army was more impressive than that one:
Not to mention almost all of Natsu's other attacks performed in base before that fight being much larger and more powerful than the ones used against Jacob (with some of them easily being capable of destroying the earth underneath them).
Ant Lion's Pit LITERALLY changed the entire terrain in front of Ajeel, and he even said he's taken out TOWNS with it, so unless you're referring to the one he used on Elfman and Lisanna, the one he used is the size of a city.
Just compare the size of the carriage that's sinking to the overall size of the pit. It (or at least the one that was used) is definitely not the size of a city.
Jellal is talking about the fact that it literally made a city out of magic, not that it was able to condense an entire city inside itself, or expand itself to fit an entire city or anything.
Also, the GMG isn't really as big as you are making it out to be, Jellal's Sema also covered the entire sky above the stadium, so no, it really isn't that big.
