She didn't negate squat. Skullion was still turning his body intangible after her attack. He was turning his body intangible as Natsu was attacking him.

So your argument for Mirajane being able to damage Skullion is to make up an ability for Elfman?

Yes, Mirajane is stronger than Gray for now. Like until he actually goes all out and beats Skullion, which he inevitably will.

They were at a deadlock which is why he left. If he knows Kiria was taken down then he would have known the one who took her out was down as well. He even stops Kiria from feasting on said dude lol. Like I said, if it was about numbers then he would have dipped as soon as Wraith and Kiria were dropped but instead he stuck around for five more chapters and left after his battle came to a deadlock.

Dude I don't understand when did you devote your life to the church of Mirajne Strauss? 5 chapters isn't 5 hours in the manga. Everything happens simultaneously and he literally comments on being outnumbered. Are you having trouble understanding something? 5 chpaters if I'm to guess at the same time of the fight probably is like 30 minutes.

Well yea, he was outnumbered and no he was not defeated. A tactical retreat does not mean defeat. Technically the only person defeated is Mira since she was the one ko'ed and not Skullion.

Outnumbered was a speculations which was debunked since he confirmed it is strength of FT. Tactical retreat is still a defeat if he did not achieve any goal

When did he debunk this. He says either there are too many enemies or FT is just that strong. Never confirmed one. How was it debunked when it was his own words?

Mira didn't achieve anything either so basing off your logic Mira lost too. Her goal was to beat them and she didn't. If I'm fighting in a 1v1 and I'm outnumbered and I do a tactical retreat that means I don't want to risk getting my ass kicked, not because I lost.

They both failed so now you're contradicting yourself again. He later comments on being outnumbered too. And they literally are, it's only 4 of them vs all of FT so yes they are outnumbered.

If achieving your goal is to decide victory then both lost.

No I said it was pure stalemate. For you to say he ran away and retreated everyone only because of Mira and Elfman is just wrong. Also, he didn't lose, Mira said so

Skullion and Madmole were in better shape than Mira and Elfman by the end of the fight. They just were not about to finish them, it would take them quite some time after which they would face the rest of FT because the others were defeated. That's why they retreated. In the short termes, they didn't see themselves overcoming Mira and Elf, but they were not losing.

How is this a big deal? I mean they’re in better shape at the start of it.
