Remember these DS were weakened over exhaustion of magic and injuries, while the Dragons were fresh, they were still injured, even Cobra managed to break through the Rock Dragon’s rock body

P.S. Motherglare roar itself also impressive one, if say about feats (explosion area after his roar was larger then size of Crocus - largest city in Fiore)
Merc roar with it does not look like "God" one.
Not an entire ocean, actually Just area with size of that port town. Brandish did bigger feats with her mass manipulations, when she makes and desizes rocks and islands.
Yeah, they did. Was stopped right before the circle was completed

Let's assume that dragon magic is equally applicable, whether used by a dragon or a dragon slayer:
So POF made Erza jump up high enough to one shot an August level character? For this to be true itself, broken bones Erza with POF should be tiers above dragon Eileen. Isn't this effectively what you're arguing? (since another Eileen level dragon obviously can't one shot her)
Note that, even Gildarts' strongest attack, under POF, could barely damage August
It's meaningless since the very beginning.
1st - it has any reason to reverse water locations on Fiore ot Alvares coastlines (if you say "entire" ocean).
2nd - anyone in Fiore or Alvarez ever records about similar thing before, and Merc himself and his fishes said he did "bad things" in past time (when he was not under WW control, so full powered).
Furthermore, if his action could do it, it would be impossible for Acno did not notice it (if entire ocean was affected).
But Acno did not even know about someone like Merc xD
We did not see ant coastline in those continents, there are multiple oceans anyway, They were in hiding at the time, of course they would not draw Acno’s attention
Wall's etherion is featless, and would have been countered by Laxus' jutsu shiki. Just because Wall can use etherion, it doesn't mean it's as powerful as the council's Etherion.
Brandish making nations disappearing is hype.
Universe One doesn't really do any damage, and it requires preparation.
Ars Magia could indeed destroy a country, but it's a suicide spell.
1) You have no real argument here. You're simply wanking Irene.
2) Mercphobia was weakened to 50% of his power
3) Wendy did. Also, it doesn't matter. Natsu had POF against Mercphobia too. Ignia literally told him to use it.
4) Again, no real argument against it.
1) Your assumption is unfounded and in direct opposition to both the manga and the author himself. What need would there be for him to make a point of Wahl’s use of it, and even go so far as to further explore and explain it in the afterword of the volume?
2) No, it’s something that’s stated, statements hold weight until proven wrong. You need to do a better job than that. Especially when her entire Epitaph is about this known fact.
3) Universe 1 didn’t require long-term prep, it simply took her a few moments to pour enough energy into the COUNTRY to rearrange it.
4) Again, you’re ignoring context. Ars Magia isn’t a suicide spell, that implies it cannot be survived by the caster in any scenario. August purposefully didn’t use his power, an it’s named a pretty big deal. He was relying on a magic he never learned to control, and could casually nuke the country.
For those that don't know, WoWfan is basing his argument off of this. Long story short, it attempts to argue that Etherion uses literal nuclear fusion because Wall said the term "magical confinement fusion". It's arguing that the energy emitted from Wall's hands is nuclear fusion, and therefore emitting enough energy to destroy a country.
The problem here is that Wall also says "magical confinement fusion" that grazed Laxus' shoulders. The guy does try to calc this as well, but he cherry picks the beam instead of the resulting explosion that lights up the sky(which is far larger than the beam in Wall's hands, and would throw off consistency). Again long story short. The attack that grazed Laxus' shoulder? Also country level. So yeah, a country level attack grazed Laxus' shoulders and then lit up the sky....All without destroying a country.
I'm not even going to bother arguing against this. If you truly believe the ball of energy in Wall's hands is literal nuclear fusion and would wipe out a country, then there's nothing I can say here.
So you’ve never actually held the volume in your hands then. That explains everything. This isn’t a theory. Hiro literally goes out of his way to explain his intention with that line is to explain it similar to Nukes. It’s in the back of the volume.

2) Brandish's statement of making nations disappear does hold weight. I never said it didn't. I simply said that Brandish making nations disappear is hype, and there's no feat of her doing as such. Clearly you didn't read any of my posts.
3) Irene stated that she was making preparations for Acnologia and started enchanting the earth. That's preparation for universe one. This is not me saying this. This is Irene herself saying this.
4) Ars Magia is a suicide spell. It killed August. He literally said that he offered up his own life to cast it, and then attempting to cast it killed him. How the heck is it not a suicide spell? It's more of a suicide spell than Iced Shell. It kills you even if you don't go through with it. SMH.

Wrong. Dead wrong. The page you are talking about is this:
This isn't written by Hiro Mashima, and this isn't in the Japanese version of the volumes. This is a translation note by the english translators based on what they *think* the Japanese text is referring to. Ignoring the fact that I actually do own the Japanese versions of the manga (which don't have translation notes because Japanese is the original language, duh), do you want to guess how else do I know the translation notes are not written by Hiro Mashima? Well for one, it's because they make mistakes in the translation. Below is the translator pointing out that he made a mistake in previous volumes translating Etherious as Aetherious. Hiro Mashima would never make this mistake, because he knew from the beginning END was supposed to be Etherious Natsu Dragneel. For another, the translator talks about Hiro Mashima in the 3rd person and makes it clear that they are not the same person. He even points out how Hiro Mashima is too busy to explain things to all the translators. Case closed.
So you clearly didn't read anything I posted, ignored obvious details in the manga, and made accusations and assumptions about me because you don't understand how the translators work. I thought you were better than this.

I'll say it again for extra emphasis: Wall's etherion is featless. It's an attack that was never fired. It has the showings of being a glowing green ball in Wall's hands. To pretend it did anything other than that is just plain ol' wrong.
The argument his etherion being country level (I believe the calc actually tries to argue its multi continental, which apparently means surface wiping... ) is based off some speculation on the English translator's part, and shady application of physics that Hiro Mashima frankly probably doesn't even understand.
I am not against the Spriggans being country level. I'll take their hype at face value. But they simply don't have a country busting feat. August may have had one if Ars Magia was not interrupted, Irene's universe one is country level in scale....but it didn't bust anything.
Animus (who's likely around Zirconis level), while nerfed, rekt Alverez Natsu.
Full power Animus required Natsu, in his strongest DF ever shown in the series amped on POF, to be beaten. And even then, he wasn't one shot.
It's pretty obvious that actual dragons, even average ones, are on an entirely different level from Zeref/Augsut/Eileen.
The only argument people have against this is "muh Mashima statements".......as if that means jack. What he actually shows in the manga contradicts the "statements" ; which weren't even part of narrative, but end of volume notes to generate hype. It's plainly obvious that what Mashima didn't think too much about it while he wrote it.
Can't believe there are seriously people who believe even fodder like Neinhart, Jacob and Brandish could defeat actual dragons

I don't know how people come to the conclusion that Wahl's etherion is actually as powerful as the council etherion. It's like people saying all nukes are equal, clearly not the case.
I've made it my rule now to dismiss anyone who uses freaking calc to argue attack potency in a series like FT lmao. Absolute madness
MC Etherion is more powerful than Wall’s Etherion as it is Moon level from the volume of damage that it causes. Wall’s Etherion can be calced To the same level of energy as Country level just like how Brandish is stated to be country Level, along with a few other members.
Surface wipe is what the Phoenix did and Zeref scale to it.
Natsu Did not even use all of his power for Animus, so he does not scale still, Dragons are capable of being hurt by regular weapons, that is a fact.

Slayer advantage doesn't make any difference. I already posted this , but seems I got ignored. The reason Irene got oneshotted out of her dragon form are 3 reasons :
1) Irene was like 75% injured in her human form , the damage done to the human form translates to the dragon transformation. Her dragon form was also equally injured even when she just transformed. I highly doubt she would've been oneshotted had she gone for dragon transformation right off the bat in the start.
2) Her durability is most probably weaker than August. She trumps him in the offense section , so for them to be equal , she has to be weaker in the durability section.
3) Erza was on PoF at that time.
What you're implying literally doesn't make any sense. You're implying that Irene is a below average dragon. Which doesn't make sense because :
1) Irene is the daughter of Belserion , who was a Sage Dragon. The title itself implies that he should be an above average dragon at least , since there's no point in the title if there are thousands of sage dragons over there.
2) Belserion was likely the strongest in his country , since he was the one helping Irene rule over the country and his portrayal in verse. Dragon Irene should be as strong as Belserion. If Irene is an below average dragon , the dragons in Dragnof would have to be absolute fodders. Which doesn't make sense , because if they were absolute fodders , then from where did they get the guts to protect humans from the Western dragons ?
3) Irene took down a few dragons in the war and lived to tell the tale.
This is just ridiculous downplay at this point. Do remember the human dragon slayers 400 years ago took down dragons themselves. And before you say that was a war period so people were stronger , the low ethernano levels compensate for that inequality. Implying dragons are weak to their own power enchanted into humans is ridiculous tbf. It would mean that Dragon Irene can oneshot dragons tiers above her too since she too is a dragon slayer. I don't buy for a second that their own power enchanted into humans would somehow be their weakness. And before you do ,don't compare Dragon Slaying to Devil Slaying , because Devil Slayers use a type of magic , whereas all others demons use curses , it isn't their own power used against them.
Animus might've been just one of the stronger dragons. You're assuming he was an average dragon. Also , Natsu didn't get the chance to use any of his FDK spells on Animus so we don't know how he could've fared against them. Also , he was oneshot by DF Natsu when Natsu landed a clean hit on him. Earlier all he did was push Animus in the air with physical attacks. When he used an actual magic punch , he straight-up overpowered his dragon cry amped roar and oneshotted him.
But Irene definitely isn't a below average dragon in any universe. I do think she doesn't hold candle to high tier dragons like parent dragons , but doesn't mean she's below average dragons.

The etherion calc has been debated for ages with multiple results and nobody has accepted the multi-continent calcs, don’t know why it’s being debated. Even if it was it would be accepted as a outlier.
