Historia of Corpses doesn't have any limitations. It's already shown that he is able to summon nine corpses at the same time, including demons. So yeah, he can summon all of them at the same time.
He didn't summon Mard though. Maybe because he couldn't. I think the limitation of Historia of Corpses is not being capable of summoning anyone whose MP exceeds yours. I don't think Mard Geer's MP exceeds Neinhart's (because I don't believe MG to be Spriggan tier at all), but still.
Bluenote isn't above any of them except Zancrow. He wouldn't survive for a couple of seconds against this opponents. Ultear, Zancrow or Doriate will undo all of his attacks so any other can oneshot him. Really, Natsu is nothing more than chanceless against Neinhart.
Bluenote is more powerful than any of the kin of the purgatory, in which Ultear is included. He's also superior to a low-mid WS tier enemy (Zero) who even Makarov could've beaten handily. He was, after all, a copy of Jose. Doriate has hax but he's the weakest on your list and can easily be defeated by Bluenote. And I know the purgatory demons are strong but Jackal and Tempesta are probably around Bluenote level or inferior (taking into account GMG Laxus, who is Bluenote tier, defeated Tempesta and Jackal should be weaker).
So, yes, Bluenote > Ultear, Zancrow, Doriate, Zero and possibly Jackal and Tempesta.
The roar with which Natsu ended Bluenote should end all of these, since its AoE is enough so as to cover them all and they should have less to similar durability as Bluenote's.
MG and Hades may be a problem for current Natsu since it'd take more than just a couple of punches to put them down. As for Neinhart, by powerscaling his durability should be superior to Mard's (although I doubt it) but by the time Natsu got to fight him he'd be tired and would've wasted a lot of MP, so Neinhart would have the edge.
Neinhart would win in the end but Natsu ain't falling easily.
