Acnologia level is out of the question. Belserion died to an army of dragons that Acnologia soloed. Igneel should be on Acnologia's level, so Belserion is unlikely to be at Igneel's level either. It's possible Belserion could be at the parent dragons level, but that would mean he would have to be much stronger than Irene. Irene's dragon form was defeated by Wendy's dragon slaying magic enchanted into Erza's sword, so Irene was probably below Grandeeney.

I would probably put Belserion somewhere along the ballpark of Animus. Above a GMG dragon, but below a parent dragon.

Which Tier do you think Belserion is compared with other dragons?

Tier 1 - Acnologia / God Dragons
Tier 2 - Igneel Level(Tartaros Version).
Tier 3 - Parent Dragons Minus Igneel.
Tier 4 - GMG Dragons.
Tier 5 - Pure Fooder Dragon.

Not sure which dragons would count as Tier 5, but I would probably put Belserion in Tier 4 due to his questionable magic type and lack of feats. Personally, I have Belserion below Atlas Flame but whether he is stronger than the other 6 GMG dragons is debatable to me.

EoS Acnologia is currently the strongest in the verse, his base would be the same level as the other Dragon Gods since that has been made a comparable statement in the beginning of the 100 year quest series

Considering Acno dominated the world in Rogue's timeline, he is prob still the strongest, even if the Dragon Gods are on par. His immunity to magic gives him an extreme edge.

Well the ignia said that they surpassed acnologia but I don't think mercruphobia or ignia have surpassed him (Haven't seen much feats from ignia) but I think WDG might have surpassed acnologia in terms of power before him absorbing ROt

Well WDG is hundreds to thousands of times bigger than Acnologia and is casually holding up cities and mountains so I do think that WDG Aldron might be stronger than acnologia before ROT absorbed

You have to see his magic power,attack,defence(which should be good) and most importantly his feats before saying he is stronger than Acnologia.

I think we can expect good feats from him keeping in mind of its immense size
