asspull is something that comes literally out of nowhere. I wonder if laxus attacks jellal and jellal eats laxus lightening, what would yiou think. jellal in this one year learned lightening GS magicNot sure why you're trying to tell me who started this, and didn't you say last comment that the first point was made by you? Whatever, I don't care either way.
Sure, it's a pattern, but a pattern doesn't magically make the option disappear, a character can still pull out their rarely used magics if they choose to. If Jellal pulled out Abyss Break it wouldn't be an asspull. Characters deviating from your little "rule" of "other characters don't do it, so no one can do it." doesn't make it an asspull. If a character has a magic, then they can use or not use it whenever they want.

so laxus learned a new magicah I found it

Raikō: Akamikazuchi - Mercury Fulminate: Red Lightning
it's from volume 55 I think.

Not out of nowhere if it was foreshadowed heavily. Mashima foreshadowed Wahl cancelling Freed's runes, he foreshadowed Freed confronting Wahl. Freed coming up with a plan and teaching Laxus a spell isn't an asspull, it's a character being intelligent. The fact that its been known since Tenrou that spending time around Freed grants you a limited understanding of Runes just makes it all the more logical.asspull is something that comes literally out of nowhere. its an example of bad writing
if its an option, why aren't other people using it? these people keep on having life and death situations, but still never bothers to learn other useful magic
that is why I must remove it from other people options as well.
otherwise we must all accept that erza might know teleportation magic, ice make magic, stone eye magic, august copy paste magic too (don't you believe that august also knows ds) etc
once she uses it to win in an unwinnable situation, we can all say its not an asspull
till then
laxus runes came directly out of his ass
nah, more like he used Wall (I mean the guy is literally a firepower) to do it and made him explode by super heating it.so laxus learned a new magic
compound make (where he makes chemicals or compounds out of nowhere)
like ice make get it![]()

As for your examples, meh. If it's foreshadowed and explained then I don't give a shit. As long as the characters don't say "because he's Jellal" or something like that. So yeah, using a magic you learned isn't an asspull, nothing wrong with a character using the skills that they have. You're made up rule about characters being unable to do something because it doesn't fit a pattern doesn't make people who don't follow it BS.
What do you mean? I just told you. When Wahl entered the city he cancelled Freed's Jutsu Shiki so he and his soldiers could infiltrate Magnolia, foreshadowing Freed's plan to use that ability to cure Laxus. There's even a mini flashback in the chapter where Laxus does it.Foreshadowing
I don't remember it
Can you show me
All i remember that wahl could easily remove freed runes
And laxus lightening is useless against him
I don't remember anything else
Natsu said that he cannot afford to hold back in the fights against Alvarez, besides he killed a god with just his Demolition Fist, Jacob survived with that plus his FDKM.Why are some people implying that Jacob is strong? Because Jacob didn't die from a FDK's attack? LOL
Jellal said that he would commit one more sin when he launched the GC on Neinhart and Neinhart survived.
Dimaria really thought that she had killed Brandish and Brandish survived.
Neinhart and Brandish have more impressive feats of scape a death attack than Jacob surviving a FDK attack that Natsu hit without killing intention.
I'll do everything later tonight.Rank these feats:
Juvia (going toe-to-toe momentarily against Gray whilst they were both under Ice Lock then ultimately stabbed herself to wake up only moments later)
Wendy (tanking Dimaria's initial blast then proceeding to tank her following attacks in Chronos form, then later proceeding to help out against Irene by mostly matching her in an enchantment showdown)
Kagura (resisting one of Larcade's spells, cutting up the little hill he was on and deflecting some of his blasts before briefly overpowering Hunger to push Sting down to his shadow)
Mirajane (fully exhausting her magical reserves against Irene's pawns, get wrecked by Irene, healed by Brandish, then barely beat Jacob with his eyes closed)
Erza (cutting up the strongest enchantment Irene has ever shown with one broken leg by pushing the ground hard enough to reach said enchantment)

It really doesn't matter what Natsu's fighting style is. What actually happens when he enters a mode is that he lights himself up. Again, if you want to say that the mode makes Natsu stronger, you have to explain how it makes him stronger. As far as we can tell, the mode doesn't increase the heat of Natsu's flames beyond what Natsu is capable of without the mode, it doesn't change his physical body to something stronger, and it doesn't increase his magical power. All it does is light him up with Fire Dragon King flames.Yet Natsu is not the person that lets people come to him, he goes to them, it does when it is a specific mode that obviously increases your power, even with covering his body in fire does not help him every time. Look at Natsu vs Hades, Natsu could not hurt Hades until he became stronger with LFDM. It is not power of feelings that were involved, it is the flames of emotion, the more feelings he has, the more intense the flames become, which is what shows when he distorted time. Power of feelings in most cases is when you connect with the bonds of others to make you stronger than before, though I have to say in this case, it is a combination of both as his flames became the guild’s flame, so it would make sense. Demolition Fist alone was not enough, as proven before. So is Savage Flames yes you do not have to name it everytime to use it.
You may be underselling the scope of the Mira hype. If you track every claim being made made, the implication is not just that Juliet and Heine have better durability than Neinhart. The implication is that Juliet and Heine are above most Spriggans and pretty much everyone in the current 100YQ in durability. They believe that Juliet and Heine has better durability than Jacob, and that Jacob has better durability than Madmole. Essentially the implication is that that Juliet and Heine has better durability than Madmole. If we are to believe the Mirajane hype, then Juliet and Heine are actually top tiers. They are better than a Spriggan, better than a Spriggan enchanted with powers beyond that of a normal Spriggan, and better than a Dragon Slayer that specializes in defense.I think you're missing the point with Neinhart. Do you really think he was written to simply be a magical powerhouse upon his enchantment? Even if we go with your logic, do you really think Neinhart would be less durable than, say, two swords? After going through Irene's enchantments, shouldn't he be more powerful than said swords? If so, shouldn't Natsu be able to casually one-shot said entities as well? Answer these questions.
Juvia was not going toe to toe with Gray. He clearly dominated her throughout that whole encounter and Invel even saw after a short period of time that Gray was going to win.Rank these feats:

She was exchanging blows, landing attacks and tanking them the same way. She was clearly the inferior one, but that doesn't mean she wasn't going toe-to-toe against Gray, hence the word momentarily as I do not think she could've ended the fight in the same manner.Juvia was not going toe to toe with Gray. He clearly dominated her throughout that whole encounter and Invel even saw after a short period of time that Gray was going to win.
Irene wrecking Mirajane was along that sequence of events. Dimaria 'wrecking' Kagura did not end up with her in casts or unable to move or even damaged at all. She simply could not land attacks because of Dimaria's hax. And it happened before the beginning of the fight, if you really want, you can consider it there, but I don't see how that does anything but put Kagura on a higher pedestal. So are you not gonna talk about how Kagura was fodderized by Dimaria and Larcade but you will mention that Irene wrecked Mira? Lol the bias is unreal. Miss me with that bullshit.
Healing someone does not replenish their magical reserves, I did not argue otherwise. Also Brandish never healed Mira. Brandish is not a healer. Closing the hole in Mira’s heart and chest is not healing Mira. Mira was still injured and magically depleted when she defeated Jacob, a Spriggan.
