I would put Gajeel higher. Like above Gray and arguably even Mirajane. Don't think Lucy is equal to him at all. In her Yokai Form, she's probably close to his level but regular Lucy isn't.
Not sure if Wendy really deserves to be below Elfman.

I would put Gray below Mirajane and Gajeel. That may change in the current arc if he gets new feats.

I’ll leave Erza and Natsu aside a moment, but:

Either of the above two could realistically be the strongest in the guild, I’ll give it to Gildarts on reputation, but as he isn’t in the story much, especially recently it’s difficult to say how things currently stand.

Gray could seemingly fight on par with “END” Natsu, or at the very least he showed he could fight seriously with Alvarez Natsu. Gajeel Iron shadow mode is probably on at least Lightning flame mode Natsu level, Mira got her new Seilah form after the Tartaros arc. Natsu and Erza would also be in this weight class, indeed at the top, but as they often [are required by the plot to] punch way over their actual weight I’ll cover them at the end.

Wendy has quietly become a pretty competent fighter. Freed might be a bit controversial, but I think he’s slightly underused in the story which hides how powerful he can be somewhat. He and Bixlow would have almost certainly beat Lucy & Cana in the S class trials if they hadn’t thrown the fight, and I don’t really see that things should have changed significantly by now. Lucy just scrapes into the top 10, though she often gets short shrift in her fights I think her Star dress powers, and particularly the mixes make her versatile enough she should be included.

So, Erza and Natsu, probably 3 and 4 in their base state realistically, but they’re more often as powerful as needs be in any given battle. Natsu in particular could scale to #1, but it’s so inconsistent, and he gets a lot more panel time (and temporary buffs) than pretty much anyone else. I think canonically Natsu is meant to have now surpassed Erza even without any of the dragonslayer magic favouritism (after the 1 year timeskip she actually says as much) but they’re pretty inseparable in their 100YQ fights, outside the dragons themselves. Erza actually came dangerously close to equalling Laxus, though granted that was with a boost from Wendy/ Gray/ Natsu.

Natsu POF is undoubted, it has the plot that Mashima wants to put.

Gildarts is the most powerful magician said by Mashima himself.

Laxus and Erza have shown to be on an equal footing in their match, plus they both defeated BDSK.

Natsu has many modes, but he was somewhat inferior to Suzaku, since Suzaku was at a disadvantage due to the scenario, also Natsu lost very easily to Haku (BDSK just like Suzaku).

Gray is Natsu's rival, similar to Gajeel, and Wendy has shown to mature a lot.

The Diavolos trio have proven to be picky for the strong like Laxus, and Lucy has proven to be on the tier of Kyria.

I think Erza should definitely be up there with Gildarts Laxus.
Also Erza only used her own powers in that fight.
Lucy is definitely stronger than freed and Wendy power wise anyway.

Exactly, Erza used powers that she can do, she can use enchantments now, the same magic as Wendy.

Wendy can use the magic of others with her magic, Erza can too, it's their magic, but many people look for any excuse to detract from Erza.

Curiously, August's magic that copies the magic of others seems fine to them, how curious, there are no problems with that magic, nor with Wendy's magic, and Erza uses the same magic as Wendy, but curiously there are people who only annoy them for the fact that it's Erza.

I read comments that Erza got help from Natsu+Gray+Wendy, and they themselves know that they were not there, Erza used the magic of enchant powers and the Dragon Slayer seal, the same magic as Wendy, magic that Erza can do in these moments.

It seems to me that you are one of those who hate Erza.
but I will reply.

It doesn't matter the magic of each character, if a character has better magic than another because he is like that, you should not hate that character.

If so, then Natsu should be the most hated, because he is the one with the most powerful magic, he has the power to destroy Zeref's space-time, he has the most powerful DF + POF of all.
Natsu is the character with the most plot power, but there are people who get annoyed when Erza does it.

There is also Laxus, a great character who almost always wins, super strong, everything is allowed to him, there is no hate, only admiration, but many people are annoyed that Erza is on his level.

Gildarts, Fairy Tail's strongest mage, no matter what magic the opponent uses, he can fight and almost always win.

We have many characters that because of the excuses they make to Erza, these characters should be hated more than her.

Erza isn't a plot device because of enchantments that's mostly Wendy.
Erza just has the power to enchant elemental properties onto her weapons to make them stronger.
