I'm a huge fan on MGS but MGS 2, it was very nauseating using Raiden, good God he was so fucking annoying I almost didn't complete the game...almost as bad as Tidus, oh wait he was worse -___-

Final Fantasy VIII
Great graphics for a first generation Playstation console! Not only that, but the gameplay and story line were always very compelling for an RPG. Would not have expected less from a game belonging to one of the greatest fantasy game series of all time (:

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Possibly the most missed game of my childhood D: This is the game that makes me regret ever getting rid of my N64 to be traded in for the Gamecube -face palm- What was I thinking? Not only has it been one of my all-time favourites, but it's very special considering it was the very first game that I ever bought.

Final Fantasy X
Main reason for considering this as a favourite would be the unique system of the Sphere Grid! This was what made it an interesting game to play. It wasn't the usual simple level up where the stats were already pre-determined, but rather you get to choose how to develop your characters according to their strengths and weaknesses. Even though I haven't quite completed the game yet, it was still an enjoyable game!

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
This one holds a special moment as well because it was surprisingly the first game I ever finished without the use of a walkthrough. Not only that, but it gave players insight into the world before the official setting of it's successor, Final Fantasy VII. I will always remember the moment where I was sitting in the back seat of the car, playing away for what seemed like forever until the time I completed it and saw the ending. It was an emotional moment (in the game XD) until I realized that I had previously and accidentally found the ending already posted on YouTube!

Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Awesome graphics, music,and great gameplay.The story is good. It's by far my favorite Castlevania.
Okami
A true masterpiece. Everything about it is awesome, except maybe that you have to fight Orochi 3 times.
Odin Sphere
It has some of the best 2D graphics I've ever seen in a game. The story is pretty good too.
Muramasa the Demon Blade
Same as Odin Sphere, awesome 2D graphics, music, story etc

Most underated Game: Suikoden 5. One of the most complete J-RPG I have played. An epic scenario & an amazing recruitment (108 characters ...). Alex Kidd was also underrated. Alex Kidd was IMO better than super mario
Most overrated Game: Shadow of the colossus. A game where there is absolutely nothing to do ... a game should be more than fights against boss (as good as those fights were)

I posted this 3.5 years ago and there was just one massive addition to the list: a game that came out on 11/11/11: the legendary Skyrim.
