@Demonspeed

I personally don´t want to have a core five, I like this rotating cast and the way everyone gets some focus. I still have some trauma of never seeing the "Sasuke Retrieval Team", one of my favorite ever teams, ever doing anything usefull again. Same for Gotei 13 and various other side protagonists in various other mangas. Personally by this point I have grown tired of having always the same team doing stuff.
While I do agree that leads to some shallow developments, considering the care that the author has in making lots of extras about his characters, even tidbits of their uniforms (everyone should buy the tanbokoons if they have the oportunity, so many juicy profiles), I have faith that a eventual databook will be a must-buy. I also think that since we come from a age of peace made by all might, that some of the kids will have very normal lifes, we don´t need everyone to have a serious dark tragic backstory. In this setting, simplicity is good and the designs and powers speak for themselfes. Look no further than at Black Clover on "How to Misuse a giant cast" and "Overly Designed" people, while not having their powers be indicative of their personality at all. I mean look at Dragon Ball and Konoha Eleven. Each student that has recieved some focus has more development than any of the side cast of those other shows (aside from Rock Lee).
I also have to say that cmon, this manga is still in the very begging, we knew next to nothing of Yaroyozu, Todoriki, and Kirishima, and theres still plenty more to discover I think.

@eefrit

I thought so too, but the anime just showed him again, and I think they would´ve changed it if the author requested (he could always just have forgotten to, lol). Maybe we will also a fight with him in the anime? Authors not having the time to put some of the stuff they want to in manga and them using the anime is not unheard of, and Boku has already done that

@kkck

10000000% agree with you.
Heck ,the kick style could´ve been cool, we have plenty of martial arts manga, but it was so meh.

@Soralied

What I think that kkck was trying to say is that Shoot Style is that it was just...kicks. Sure, it was still a cool moment since deku is finally trying to go away from AM shadow, but it was so underwhelming that it is just kicks. We don´t even have a named techinique. It does need to be flashy like the rasengan and the getsuga tenshou, but look at the Rankykou from One Piece, Hworang from Tekken, The Inazuma Kick from Gunbuster, Kizaru and Boa Hancock from One Piece. You don´t even need to have named techiniques to have some cool leg fighters.
And while the Ghosts could play a part (I think it would be awesome if Midoryia could inheirt their attacks. Google Odin vs Kenichi fight to see what I imagine), it is a fact that we had a training arc DEDICATED TO DOING SPECIAL MOVES, and all that Deku did was kick shit with no style at all.

@ShenGao

1.Considering the anime has shown him, he could appear in a anime only ep, or since he looks very powerfull, maybe sensei witheld him from Shigariki until the latter had some better resposability. That or the author could always say he was used into a Nomu
EDIT: Was re-reading the manga and his silouette can clearly be seem alongside Shigarki and Toga´s when +18 Hero is talking about fighting ability, so the author clearly has not forgotten him...
2. I think he or she will be very important, and he/she could be a loner type like endeavor. I don´t think he/she won´t show up, this is a relatively new manga.
3. Just a Database material, and nothing really serious. Not knowing this won´t affect the history at all. Heck, the number 1 on that lsit could be the 3rd hero, hence why he/she never appears xD
4. Considering she has been mentioned to act funny lately, I think she was killed very recently by Toga. Also, is it mentioned at any place that Twice´s clones have a time limit? Considering Toga is very good at dodging (even managing to outsmart Eraser in the recent chapter), a clone of hers could avoid taking heavy damage that would undo the clone.
5. That has been "aswered" by the author, dunno if on twitter on tanbokon, and could be considering a spoiler.
When asked about this, the author responded with a drawing of the Red Winged Boy that was seen bullying a young midoria with a young bakugou. CREEEPY ASF
6. It was stated that he was heavily injuried. Dunno if this will have any effect on the history, we don´t need all the pro heroes to be up. If he is a favorite of yours, then pray for the next chapters
7. Considering even All Might did not have a aswer about that (even if he did see them), and Midoriya is supossed to surpass him, I think we will discover with Midoriya only. If AM does know something, it is probally related to death/not being able to use One for All. You could also interpret that since before the panel you linked, Recovery Girl said "So he saw you too", that seeing the past members is a sign of the transference of power being almost complete, something Deku did not know (and we also dind´t) at the time of that panel
8. I think this is material for a future arc
9. Theres this whole theory of him being the son of Endeavor we didn´t see the face of in the flashback of Todoroki, but considering his (current) status as a secondary villian, I don´t think those are important. He could just be a "I WANT TO SEE A SOCIETY OF STRONG PEOPLE" kind of guy, or you could interpret this as him taking up a little of Stain Ideology and aplying to villians.
10. Irrelevant, and not knowing is way more fun, at least for me
11. This has to be solved sooner or latter
12. Man, chill, this manga has only 150 chapters, thats very short, especially if Shigarki´s going to be the final villian. I find it better to have some foreshadowing like this instead of having the backstory dropped with us having no attachment to the character at all (Acnologia, looking at you)
13. Could either be a mistake, or a future plot point, considering the many Hakagure is a traitor therioes

tl;dr
Chill man, its only a 150 chapter manga still

I've been noticing some new flaws within MHA and it's starting to make it difficult to read week to week. Horikoshi's pacing post AFO vs. AllMight has been some of the worst pacing, in my opinion, I started noticing this flaw before then(Field training arc and the school trip arc), but didn't really think much of it until it got to the point of one arc being super faced paced and the newest one being super dragged out. I'm also getting kind of sick seeing the villanes alliance being in every arc not related to the school I know their the end all be all antagonist but I think they shouldn't be nearly as prevalent in the story as much as they have been a chapter or two giving us a peek at what they're up to it doesn't have to be associated with the goings on within the current arcs plot and it would be more then enough instead of trying to force them within every arc. I'm also not a big fan of the way Deku's character development is currently going towards Horikoshi is starting to write Deku's as the "always right in what I do and no matter what I'll never be wrong" type of character. Take the current arc as an example there was an opportunity for Deku to learn to not act on pure instinct when trying to save someone as shown when Mirio "saved" Deku by trying to get him to let go of Eri and later explaining to him why that was the best option for that scenario, but that potential lesson was undone when it was reveled that had they ran off with Eri this whole situation would've been avoided granted everyone makes mistakes but it shouldn't have been written in a way that says Deku would've been in the right and Mirio is in the wrong for trying to stop Deku from doing that.

Fam I think you're way better off just dropping MHA until you feel like enough time has past to where you feel like the story will flow better cause you're only torturing yourself continually reading it now. I'm fully aware of MHA's flaws, I have issues too with the series regarding wall texts and unused development, but you've been constantly complaining week in and week out and honestly some of your complaints have been baseless. Constructed criticism everyone welcomes but every comment I read of yours is about either the pacing or bland chapter or added flashbacks. Why not just take a break?

It's true that the pace is much slower for this arc, not reading it weekly would be better I guess.

As for the Villains Alliance's role, I was not too fond of it at first but I find that they made this slow arc more exciting. Saving Eri would have been great but he did several mistakes and I don't think it would have been that simple. Deku was going to follow Overhaul, their target, unmasked to their base. Without Mirio he would have died for sure. And it was supposed to be an investigation mission, which justifies Mirio's actions.
