How sure are we that there are 11 slayers,we dont have a confirmed number but the wiki says 11.
I know the blog post says each slayer has a 10 family head target but that doesn't mean they equate in number.
It also says there are 7 living slayers while 4 positions are vacant.It seems there is a contradiction in the numbers.
Who knows?
