Captain Buggy!

Luffy and Usopp makes me laugh the hardest but I'm just so sure that they will enter. So I just need to add Buggy. A great comic-relief in the rather bloody serious (OP-standard) Impel Down and Marineford arc.

The most funny character is Sogeking. The introduction of this character was just one of Oda moment of genius which make One Piece so great.

I am going to support Luffy.
There are some other characters which are pretty funny too but as most of their actions are always relatively the same, it ends being too predictable and even boring.

Monkey D Luffy ... just pick a chapter and he will make you laugh (But avoid the 574th and ones in which he's being serious)

The funniest, that's a hard one in One Piece since everybody is a freaking idiot.

Usopp and Brook made me laugh the most lately, but in the end, I'd still go for Monkey D. Luffy for being a complete and total retard. Which never fails to make me laugh.

This. Though, Garp and Brook are funny as well. I love Garp's carefree attitude, but Luffy's the ultimate idiot.

Ussop, Luffy and Buggy are great. But I'll nominate Franky, since his intro he is hilarious plus his dual act with Robin grabbing his balls always makes me laugh!
