Thanks god for a great chapter this week, it was truly fun in some aspects and in others it kept up nicely with the previous chapters, especially the previous chapter. Honestly the fun part was Gaara's motivational speech, I've never seen Gaara so expressive and the part where it Kept up was about the interaction between The Edo Tensei'd summons and the interaction between Tobi and Kabuto, let's begin the review.
"Emotional Gaara"
Anko Mitarashi
Honestly Anko's team have been playing a mayor role when it comes about intelligence, of course they were tracking Kabuto for awhile and at some point he made things easier leading them towards Akatsuki hideout. Honestly Anko is one of those character that I would love to see in a full fledge fight, she is really strong and is also known for performing kinjutsu, aka forbidden jutsu. Honestly I expected a clash between Cursed seal Sasuke and Anko, this confrontation between Kabuto and Mitarashi seems to be more than everything a fight between Anko and Kabuto's snake clone.
But who knows this might turn out into something great, however don't get your hopes too high because now that the hideout have been spotted, they might want to relocate somewhere else, BTW Anko is pure awesomeness in Naruto Clash of the Ninja Revolution 3.
Edo Tensei Army
Kabuto's army is moving forward and we are already knowing weaknesses of Kabuto's massive Edo Tensei, one of these is not being able to control so many souls as easy as we thought, I think that we start to calm down those people who said that Edo Tensei was too Uber too exist....
However the most interesting part was the interaction between the summoned souls, the knowledge of some of the unknown characters about Edo Tensei, makes it clear that the Second Hokage made a name due this technique... technique that would be interesting to see in action from his first user, Senju Tobirama, just to see which shinobi he summoned the first time he used that Jutsu and against which/what enemies.
In this chapter the existence of Afterlife is confirmed in the world of Naruto, this trough Haku and Sabuza's conversation. Something that really call my attention is how Asuma recognized Dan, I mean he could have known about the relationship between him and Tsunade, but it seems to me that Dan was indeed a very powerful shinobi of Konoha, not just a chuunin level shinobi.
A slip from Kishimoto was Sasori's remarks about Tobi, how could have Sasori know about Tobi being his replacement, or do he knows who Tobi is or he knew that he would be his replacement in case of death?. I wonder if Kabuto tells Sasori, who control who now?, biatch.
Emo... I mean Gaara.
Honestly this made me laugh a lot today, I've never seen Gaara being so expressive and so concerned about Naruto and the cause of defeating Akatsuki, to be honest he lost his coolness today, hopefully for the next chapter he will be back to the cool and quite Gaara that we, like and that his fanboys "love".
However he still is very popular with girls, which is good.
Naruto's... training?
It seems that Naruto finally finished playing with his legos, I mean finished his training controlling the basics of the Kyuubi's chakra and now is moving forward to complete the training, of course we saw Kirabi practicing his debut, so it might be a great time for hims to teach Naruto everything he knows about controlling a bijuu's chakra and from there, let Naruto continuing by his own.
Probably the next step involves becoming the bijuu or controlling the chakra cloaks, that would be interesting and let's hope it be that way because a lot of people would cry if they don't see more about Naruto.
Hinata Fix.
Every extraordinary chapters have something in common... Hinata is there... this is not the exception. Hinata is back, beautifully placed in the chapter, hell yeah.
Kabuto and Tobi
Finally Tobi seems to be taking Kabuto a bit more seriously, their relation ship seems to be heating in tension as Kabuto has proven to be the greatest threat to Tobi's army....
Ahh what a wonderful relation of mistrust have these two... however still very interesting Kabuto's interest on the original Zetsu, especially after he was interested in getting Yamato as replacement in case of not obtaining Zetsu, this means that Kabuto still unreadable, congratulations Kishimoto.
My thoughts...
As you see I decided to be a little more personal with my review this week, this i because thank god I'm feeling great and probably will keep the reviews this way for the times to come. Sorry Ben, but now you got competition in your area.
I enjoyed this chapter a lot, maybe is my good mood... but it felt like this chapter was perfect sequel of the previous chapter, we got to see the Edo Tensei summons moving and interacting, we got to see Tobi finally being worried about Kabuto, we got to see a more emotional Gaara, an always beautiful Hinata and Naruto making progress in his training.
There was something odd in this chapter and this was Sasori's knowledge of Tobi being his replacement, how did he know this?, did Kabuto revealed this to him?, I don't think so. Sasori is another character that I want to see if he would deny himself to fight for Kabuto, making his summoner force him to battle or if he would actually go with the wave and do as expected.
I didn't want to review about Zetsu's army going underground trough the roots, due space and time (need to sleep early tonight, tomorrow morning I'll be back to my jogging routine). But I might cover it later. Also depending on how Sleepyfans come with their version I might update the chapter.
If this review reaches 10k reads, I will post ecchi material, since I belong to the 1,000 at MH, they won't ban me...
