this is an interesting fight, wouldn't it be weird if the old man wins against his student ?

old man has got killing intent and experience...while his student though is talented yet lacks in experience like his master...so they kinda balance each other till now...
but it got much more bizarre in the latest one when his student learned final trick just by looking at it once...wondering what old guy will do now...or maybe someone will interrupt... though there is a slim chance of that happening...

What's great about this manga is that the author is not afraid to kill off major characters.

So I say it's a toss up between the master and student.

One of the biggest problems with Gamaran is that what looks like an identical wound suffered by two different people is fatal to one but just a small hindrance for the other. We see people suffer huge amounts of blood loss from spurting wounds go on to win a fight, and then we see people with a smaller slash to a shoulder go on and die.

We all knew Gama was the key, and would continue to grow and improve his skills after fights, like he has after every such fight this entire story. I am not a fan of Jinsuke being terminally ill, leaves a sour taste to this story.

I think it's the only way gama could realistically beat his father. Even if he's a genius it would take him some more years to get there.

I am not sure... I kinda feel that the author is either bored or had this in mind from the get-go.

It's just if it was intended from the start, the release of info like this kinda seems sudden and from outta nowhere.

It's about the same as I felt when we were told there was now a 3rd party involved.

Just a quick heads up to Gamaran fans...the English scan that is currently out lists me as the translator, but I didn't translate it. I think the people who did it just use a default credits page. I'm not sure who translated it is much concern to anyone, but I feel it's necessary that I post this because I don't like taking credit for things I didn't do. Also, every translation I post will be here, so if it's not here, then it's not me.

Well there had to be some kind of limit to Jinsuke...too bad he was hyped up so much, maybe such a limit wouldn't have occurred otherwise...oh well...I can't say I like this development...

The problem is with Gamaran that you can not really tell how or even if someone got stronger, is stronger and so forth. What is the difference between Gama now and 2 years ago? I seriously could not answer that question in detail.

from what i assume that Gama's rival will be beaten but not killed and his friend will be taken to the shogunate and the story will be all over the start again but this time they will fight the Shogunate and Gama's rival will settle their differences after they save their friend

Wonderful chapter. Seeing Iori really made my day. He is my favorite character in the series. Lets see, where does Iori stands in strength. With Riko on there side, Ogame School odds of coming on top increases.
