These are just some random ideas, speculations, theories that were floating around in my head. While there's no actual proof for any of these crazy out-there ideas, I wanted to throw it out there.
Add to this any ideas you have regarding the topic. I'm sure I'm not the only who've thought up of some fantastic ideas.

Gantz malfunction > Missing Vamps?
We know that that Vamps seem Missing in the current arc of the invasion. So where are they?
I think there could be a reason for them being missing in action. In the past, when the vamps were introduced, they were shown to be familiar with or at least working with (cooperating / alliance?) other alien races in the on earth. Has a similar alliance type thing happened with the giants?
Heres Whats Happening > Or is it Mr. Anderson?
I think the vamps organization is attacking the Gantz base in Germany at the start of or around the time frame of the invasion from the giants. This could give a possible reason why they’re missing from the current story line. The vamps attack on the “Central Gantz ball” could be the cause of Gantz malfunction. Hence the colony disorder (title in a chapter) in a previous chapter?
In Germany, there is a giant sized Gantz ball. We were told that the Germans or some cult worship it. My guess thats where the core functions of the Gantz ball are distributed from, inculding the often refereed to "memory bank" with all the player data.
Blood > I want to suck your blood.
The invaders are killing the captured civilians and draining their blood. From what we’ve seen they have not done anything with the blood yet. I think that while the giants munch on the body parts, the drained blood is sent to the vampires as part of some unknown, yet revealed deal. This could be like some kind of pay off for their assistance.
Language > Google tech> Alien patent pending...
The human language was already decoded in the translation program that the alien girl is using to communicate with Kei. Someone had to have some knowledge about the humans for their to be an existing translation program in the device.
Catastrophe as the final game? > Place your bets people
Winner becomes the ruler of the earth? Some of the members have alluded to the game like aspect of the Gantz system. Its possible but at this point, I hope its an actual invasion. Although the sudden no revives and limited functionality of the Gantz system makes you think otherwise. Cant discount anything at this point... only as the dots are filled in.
