You know, next war I am just going to choose a super popular Male/Female/Manga and not even try to campaign. It's not worth the effort of campaigning for things you are passionate about but lose to circlejerks.

I despise Levi (and everything SnK), but what I read about Marian, who is actually a husband, was nothing short but shit.

He disappeared from his family, for at least a decade, and when he returned, he wasn't even happy about it. Everything else can be found in my earlier rant, he loves to fool around, booze, gambling, smoking etc.

Not good material.

You obviously don't know the manga, Marian has no family, he disappeared from his "job" . Googling is not enough to know anything about a character whose characterization had been ruined by the anime adaptation, that added fillers that contradicts the author and the manga.
