At the beginning of every month someone from Toei posts the titles for the whole month.

Wow... what a surprise... Robin behaves out of character in that filler and actually kills two dozens of soldiers by breaking their necks. Something she actually never did even though she's been calling herself "assassin". So Tate doesn't simply ruin the story, he ruins the main characters now as well. :rolleyes

Robin frees herself in the manga coverstory without being cuffed to kaiouseki armlets and is being contacted by the revolutionaries vs. in the anime Robin gets accidentally freed by some guys setting their leader free and helps them out to rescue the little girly by killing off people...

Seems to be proof that Oda either isn't that much involved into the TV show anymore or doesn't intend to let the Mugiwaras make any progress, so the filler authors may actually do to the Mugiwaras what they want unless they neither cut off any limbs nor kill them.

BTW... did you see? The number on the back of her prison clothes changed from 3926 to 3925 to 3926. That of the old guy from 3925 to something-395 to 3920 to 3925. In the scene after breaking the soldiers' necks the old fart and Robin have the same 3925 prison number on their clothes. Her number is 3926 in the manga.

I totally loved it. The way Robin's sidestory panned out was very well done; and I felt Ussop's part was done extremely well as well. Loved the whole concept of the island being a huge man-eating flower (with delicious food as its nectar - bait).

As for the random old guy being set free; the person who set him free is I can only assume a revolutionary (given he looks exactly like the other two 'rebels'); so the old man I assume is also one.

And did you guys seriously not laugh at Ussop's sidestory? I absolutely LOVVEED it.

Jeah, i would have liked to see just som tiny littlebit of som sort of thier powerups unless oda will make a third cover for them all, becouse i just cant see them returning togheter in the next two months or so.

And Usopp`n is just what i need to bright up my day.But im just happy to see the crew again So next is Zorro and Brook?

oh come on, why would they ever show power ups and stuff that was not shown on the cover, which will be important for the story later on? it's highly likely not like that's the last we've ever seen from the strawhats and we'll see them fight soon enough once they are back <.<;

What i ment was just a hint of them actully doing something you know,not actually show the power up, but i think there will be one more cover for them before they are reunited.

Becouse god knows how long it will take for each of them to return, could be weeks in travel time right. And then ther is the log pose problem. So im exited to know how he is gonna solve that issue :P

My guess is that Nami will be the first to arrive at SA, cuz she is allready on the move, well it stand between her and Robin i guess.

what I got from the animation is that they all have a vivre card (very emphasized!) so there won't be a problem with logpose or eternalpose for the return.

Clutch is the attack Robin uses the most and she probably killed tenth of marines of Enies Lobby with it so you can't really says her character was messed. In fact all her part simply suffered from the fact they added uncanon fillers to her story and they had to recover from that mistake.

No, Clutch never went for the neck and never twisted the head. It simply binds her opponents by grabbing the arms and legs and bend them backwards to make them faint by that pain. But breaking bones is an interpretation by Tate - first used by him solely when the Mugiwaras fled from Enies Lobby.

Tate's interpretation of Clutch ruins Robin's character since no Mugiwara ever killed his opponent. She didn't even kill Tashigi nor her troops back in Arabasta when she expressed her total hatred towards the Marine.

She used it against Yama and he is dead. Well maybe not because of the clutch...

And it is your interpretation that she killed the marines but they can be alived

There was no final clutch. He crashed into the ground of a lower level of the Upper Yard. The Shinkan haven't died as well but were hit even harder, so it's very unlikely fatty died.

And it is your interpretation that she killed the marines but they can be alived

Breaking one's neck -> immediate death. Tate intended her to murder, and I don't think Oda would rewrite that part in his manga.

So you're telling me yama falled from a 500m cliff after his spine being crushed by robin's clutch but those marines couldn't have survived one ?

And btw Pell also has is neck broken during the clutch

Once again: Yama's neck was not broken nor twisted unlike those wardens' ones. Chapters 314, 315 and 316 - covers: Gedatsu fell several kilometres down - and survived.

You have never seen films with people killing others by breaking their necks, did you? It looks like this: Grabing one's head, turning it to the one side and then tossing it to the other side.

So like it has been shown in this episode:


Twisting one's heads results in breaking one's neck which is in fact pretty fragile - medical term is "cervical dislocation".

against Sogeking she sprouds arms from the ground and pushes against his spine, and holds his throat


against Pell she sprouds arms from his back and holds his throat


So the technique she used could not be clutch - she merely twisted. (second error of the episode, using the wrong term)

If Spandam can live what Robin did to him then i wouldnt just assume yama and those soldier in the latest episode dying.
she uses clutch term for twisting, bending, and breaking. i personally think using irrelevant characters like soldiers and yama to make a point is quite pointless.

You can not give me arguments like 'look gedatsu is alive' and the next line give me a scientific explanation for proving that the marine are dead. By scientific fact Pell, Gedatsu and Yama would be dead too. So we can just say that theses marines were defeated by Robin clutch. Saying their are dead is your assumption. Yama may be alive, but him and the other priests are the only characters we haven't seen again.

And clutch can break the neck, against Moria it is very clear (chapter 477).

Well Zoro is in a bad situation now, this shadow seems more beast than human. I suppose it fit the vampire theme but it's daytime.
With these revelations, I have the feeling that Oda wants to give something to his readers who have been longing for the other Strawhat for quite some time now.
