Kinda remind me, that time (when raw first published) I was wonder why Robin is the last (will she becoming the first to return?). Bink Sake really fit to be heard on those sad moment. Spoiler for next episode is interesting though Luffy becoming oppiki again. Wonder though who's the girl is being with Nami there (it used to be Vivi who emm work with Nami at Kazaguruma). This time there's appearance of Iceburg, Lulu (don't see Tilestone yet ) making prep for summer festival, Franky & her sisters looked giving aid I assumed, Brook also make an entrance. Why Moria didn't appear? Cindry kimono look good though

Liked the episode a lot, though i have to admit that it was a bit annoying that Shabondy had about 1 Chapter / Episode. If they had used the last 2 Chapters for one Episode, well it would have been quite outstanding. I think the Bubbles were a nice idea and Luffy's breakdown after Robin was more memorable than in the Manga. Well let's hope that they are going to animate some of the Cover Storys, especially of the Straw Hats, it certainly would be something worth watching.

what an episode....the manga was sad...but this was even worse......after Robin was done for....Luffy just broke out.....and the flashbacks were a very nice touch.....and here come the fillers....I wonder for how long will they last......

The bubbles though a bit weird at first were good for enforcing that mood of Luffys nakama vanishing one by one, what I thought was unnecessary on the other hand was that inverted colours thing... they did it with Zoro in pain and now too, but what for?[/SPOILER]

I agree, that and Nami weird eyes. But compared to the rest of the episode that's quite meaningless

we have to wait to know how long the strawhat cover arc will last but I bet they will use them to increase the manga-anime episode gap. That is the perfect occasion but it's not until half a year at least.

Wow that was an emotional episode. Surely to go down as one of the most memorable in the series. There was absolutely nothing Luffy could do, no matter how how hard he tried, to keep his nakama from disappearing right in front of him. That's quite jarring, and something that'd break most people, especially Luffy. Hence why he broke down the way he did, because he felt helpless and in despair over the loss of all his friends. Great episode.

The episode is definitely one of the best, but it definitely the worst times for the Strawhats. It was quite heartbreaking to see Luffy reaching out to Nami and Robin, only to see them disappear before his eyes. How can one fight Bart Kuma if he can simply send his opponent away like this? Hopefully, Luffy is not going to create a "Thriller Bark" following the foot steps of Gecko Moria, who also lost all his original living crew and was obviously traumatized.

Haki is not the only thing that can help in fighting against Kuma. Zoro demonstrated pretty well that he could avoid a lot of his attacks. What he lacked was destructive power. At least enough to seriously damage Kuma. If Luffy fought Kuma normally maybe it would have been different. I'm saying "normally" because Luffy was completely demoralized after observing his nakama vanish one after another.

Sorry, but I don't think so. Until now imo Kuma has one of the best Paramisha fruit we ever saw. It gives him a lot of powers, and it seems one of the few that could work against logia users. Zoro inflicted the damage only because his attack was by surprise. It's very hard to fight someone who can move so fast and can repel every attack.

And who has a body harder than steel. That and the lasers are a large part of why he's so powerful. He's a mega tank. However, Kuma told Luffy (in the manga and in the anime) that they'd never meet again, and since Oda usually writes the story in ways that make such statements true, I highly doubt Kuma will ever face off with the strawhats again.

So, you think that Zoro is the strongest man in all of the seas?

All I'm saying is that Kuma can be beaten without Haki. If the person is strong and fast enough. The fact that Zoro attacked him by surprise shows that he can be surprised. His reflexes aren't perfect.

Luffy managed tu hurt Pacifista real nice with giant rifle. They are all built from the same material. I'd expect that Luffy could actually hurt Kuma with combined gears if he were slightly stronger.
