They managed to make Ivankov more ugly than he really is. When he is making his hormone attacks, it's really bad and I'm usually not difficult wrt the animation

The end was even better. I think i liked the anime version a bit better than the manga with this episode.

New Jimbei: Katsuhisa Houki
Shiryuu: Takayuki Sugo

Like always, a good OP episode, next week will be when the fun really starts.
Looking forward, and for your info, Katsuhisa Houki is the same guy who voices Moira, just saying.

I have seen the last episode.

Wonderfull the way in which they have made Bon-chan, his support to Rufy (and this is shown thanks to the 3 Kamas, when they have gone to find him and they observe his tenacity).
Great as Ace responds to Jimbei.

Then when Rufy loses blood and don't more screams, so the Kamas think that he is dead and so they crying, but after that there is the "scream of Rufy", as that of Oars.

Beautiful when Iva explains to Bon-chan of the power of his DF, the level 5,5 and the existence of the level 6 (and he speaks of the prisoners in the level 6, this thing goes in parallel with the last chapters of the manga).

The only negative note is than I hoped to see the reaction (even if it isfiller) of the "Navy HQ" to the news that Rufy has disappeared by level 5 (particularly that of Sengoku, Garp and Hancock).
But for this I will also wait for the next episodes.

I never thought that the digestion of all the food can be related to Luffys gomu gomu no mi. But the way it was animated made me feel like there could really be a connection here. It's like gomu gomu digestion, a new power concerning food and if I am correct the third food power. The first one is eating and the dummy expanding; the second one eating while sleeping(that hasn't really got to do anything eith gomu though) and now gomu gomu digestion. Amzing, Luffy!!!

I liked the episode, I really did, but I didn't want that ending. For me it would've ended in the part of luffy screaming fooooooooooooooood and Iva having an even more shocked face saying, Impossible, there is no way.

Then next week would start with luffy eating and comming out of there in that form.

Btw you guys remember Kidomaru right? The one from CP9 that did Seimei Kikan? Well what if Luffy has developed a way of doing this himself?

I've been wanting to say that but never got the chance or didn't remember xD

Ditto. Was about to say that myself. I got that vibe from the animation as well, where the "recovery" process was portrayed as something more complex than just Luffy's antics.
However, this could very well just be his natural DF ability, like we saw back in the Alabasta Arc with water (I wouldn't suppose that dropping some water on your hand would just nullify the aftereffects of Crocodile's attack).
I suppose this has been the topic of some discussion way back then.

LOL, you're thinking of Kumadori. Kidomaru is the spider member of the Sound Four from Naruto.
I wouldn't really think of it in terms of Seimei Kikan, a technique that requires complete control of the human body. I would either say it's the properties of the Gomu Gomu or "the power of miracles."

Yeah but he absorbed the nutrients of the food completely restoring his muscles and skin. He only didn't recover his energy, well not yet x)

true, whenever I read this part of the manga I remember Arabasta. He drank water and his body absorbed it instantly. Would be odd if it's his DF dooing that because as far as we know it only gives him a rubber body.

I know who kidomaru is but both names look alike xD

Well Luffy has control over his body, that's for sure, so maybe he unconsciously developped his own form of Seikei Kikan.

but this is a good replacement for Jinbei ..i like it

The episode was faster than the last episode, still slow but bearable..I ju st want Luffy to get to that point ...its taking forever

This episode was alright, the ending was the best bit imo. They've managed to get Shiryuu's voice perfectly!!!! I love it! I can't wait to see more of him in the anime!

It was a good episode, much better than the last two or three.
The first half was very enjoyable, almost as good as the manga rendition, when Ivankov was explaining everything to Mr. 2, as well as Shiryuu and Magellan's encounter.
The second half was meh, mostly because I'm not really a big fan of repetitivity. The last part of the episode, where Luffy recovers, kinda makes up for the 3-4 minutes of having to deal with "Ganbare!"

Oh and the Gambaruee

God dammit why did they have to make it so Mr2 like.

It sucked and was annoying. Normal Gambare!!!!!! would be enough not Gambuarue!!!! Srsl it was annoying as hell.

And I really would've preffered it to end in the part where Luffy screams MESHIIIIIIIII (FOOOOOD) and with Iva's shocked face, a shocked face like he does in the manga :x not this kind of face :\

But it was enjoyable.

^ haha That's true. The repetition of Gambuarue was extremely irritating, they overdid that part.
