Damn it, what a great episode, especially the end... Mr 2 FTW !
Anyway, i have really high hopes for the next episodes where the real deal will really begin, hope they will put some great animations and music !

May Bon Clay rest in peace both anime and manga now. Let's hope for an epic Marineford arc, even more epic than in the manga.
I've heard rumours about some new fillers dedicated to the Mugiwaras and the islands they are, as they did some time ago, is that true? I don't think it came from a reliable source, but would be nice to see them again

I gotta say, this is the first episode in a damn while that has left me with anything but indifference. This one was actually really touching.

Naturally, it wasn't quite as emotional as when I read it in the manga since this time, you knew it would happen and what they were gonna say. But that's also why I'm surprised I was so touched by how they made the scene in the anime.

Also, the voice-over of Bon-chan at the end was kind of unexpected for me, since narration boxes in the manga are often read in the anime by the epic narrator.

Anyway, glad they didn't screw up one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. I'm gonna go cry now.

Even though I knew what was going to happen, I couldn't avoid tears on my eyes @ the 2nd part of the episode. Especially when Luffy starts talking to Mr.2.

I cried, really I did. And I'm not ashamed to say it.

Bon-chan, I hope something happened to him and that he isn't dead. If he is, rest in peace.

Now, the real deal begins. Next episode should be MHQ calling the ship or something.

What an emotional episode. Mr. 2 giving up his freedom just so Luffy and the others can escape, just like before. Now that the saga in Impel Down is over, then the real fighting is about to begin.

Great episode... it was really emotional to see Luffy crying like that and Bon-chan facing off against Magellan at the end.

I really hope they don't start fillers now. They should finish the current arc and do fillers after that.

I think that the episode is near the best what you can do with the manga material.

This Mr 2 thing was annoying (to me at least) in the manga , and it's not that dislikable in the anime.

So yeah , good job , again.

I'm wondering if there isn't a plot hole now that it was shown that Mr. 2 destroyed the Gates of Justice's control room..I mean how the hell is BB gonna open them now? Is San Juan Wolf gonna swim around it?lol

The episode made me remember how much I want Mr. 2 to live. He really deserves to be the next Strawhat. Who cares that he fights like Sanji, Brook is a swordsman like Zoro.

Unlike Zoro who wanted to die for Luffy, or Sanji who wanted to take his place for example.

His hart is in the right place, as far as I'm concerned. But yeah, it probably won't happen.
